Deleted on Instagram for saying 'biological women'

Marmite have a special edition LGBTQ jar with a part of profits going to Stonewall. I commented I was disappointed that they'd support an organisation that excludes lesbians.

A very polite person asked me to expend on that and I mentioned the activists violence towards biological women etc. Nothing I said was anti-trans in any way and nobody engaging was arguing or being disrespectful.

Someone asked me which male orgs excluded transmen so I went back to comment and got a message saying my comments had been deleted Hmm I don't know what their policy is but I'm really surprised to be honest (I don't know why though, I guess this is just How Things Are now).

Oh the irony! We have an jar of Marmite with the "gene project" label on - apparently there's something in people's DNA that gives them a predisposition to love or hate Marmite, so I thought they were all good with scientific fact and biology and stuff

There's now a hashtag 'reclaimpride' - to stop it being just about putting rainbow shit everywhere and pretending to be proud, whilst actually using it as a way to make money.

I bet Marmite's biggest customers are women - why don't they do a campaign against VAWG?

Vegemite is OK but it is not the same as Marmite at all. Bovril is also good & salty BUT IT IS STILL NOT MARMITE!! When you love the stuff, nothing else comes close.

I can confirm that ASDA own brand yeast extract is pretty yummy. And about a fifth of the price of marmite, for anyone boycotting but still wanting a yeasty fix

Is it wrong of me to be quietly relieved I bought a large new jar two weeks ago that, if used sparingly, might see me through until sense prevails?
