Popchyk, I hope so, I think it's fantastic.

Love the film-but sadly I don't think women are winning at all. We've already lost- as in so many countries (UK included) a man doesn't need to have gender reassignement surgery to be legally classed as a woman. So we have this farcical situation that people in possession of a penis are legally female. A few countries already have gender neutral passports-this will no doubt be adopted in the UK as well.

Popchyk · 23/06/2018 12:45

Those women can be on the next film South.

I'm sure there will be more.

JonesHandbook · 23/06/2018 12:33

Jennifer James?

DistaffSide · 23/06/2018 12:28

Southfields, was there anyone in particular you thought should have been in there?

PurpleCrowbar · 23/06/2018 12:25

That's excellent .

Southfields · 23/06/2018 12:22

Meghan Murphy also, spelled wrong ... but this is a minor detail compared to the slap in the face to the women who have been omitted, some after putting their livelihoods and safety on the line to speak out.

Southfields · 23/06/2018 12:18

It's a bit upsetting for the women who have done as much, or more, good work for feminism as those who got a mention, but were omitted.

Venice Allan's name was spelled wrong, too.

Absolutely love it.

And loved Terfy McTerf Face's stuff on Twitter (until they were banned).

AnchorMum · 23/06/2018 11:51

Feel so uplifted by these - such a simple concept but so very effective.

Wish I was brave enough to send the links to my daughter, who's just starting to take Testosterone.

Thank you!
Lovely heartening way to start the weekend

AtreidesFreeWoman · 23/06/2018 11:40

Brilliant. I'm honoured to have met some of these women and seen them speak! fangirl swoon

Terfulike · 23/06/2018 10:19

Love them both. Party political videos are never one tenth as impressive as these are.

Fairenuff · 23/06/2018 10:18

Courage calls to courage everywhere. Brilliant!

BaronessBlonde · 23/06/2018 09:38

Two years ago I wouldn't have recognised most of those references. It really brings home how effective the conscious raising is on MN.

Brilliant - I third this!

Quote of the day to be thrown at my teenage DC parroting gender stuff they hear at school.

RaininSummer · 23/06/2018 09:35

How fab and clever.

Branleuse · 23/06/2018 09:32

love it

LangCleg · 23/06/2018 09:30

I smiled at the nod to MN "Mind the New Rules"

Me too!
