I really do miss the 90s. Remember when wearing makeup didn't mean we were meant to not only pretend a man was a woman but preemptively assume he "identified" as one just in case?

Sexism was all permeating in those days. For example, women had to do papers on all the works of both Chaucer and Shakespeare to read English at Oxbridge. Men could choose one. My English teacher told me he'd have put me forward if I were a boy.
