Serious answers only please.
*With acknowledgement to Bowl, who has raised this so often. Apologies if this is repeating a thread from the past (?): in any case, maybe it's time for another thread with this title.

Please, no wordy arguments about how sex can be changed by legal instrument around the world, just answer the question posed.

It's so fucking obvious but we must LIE regardless. Fall into line like good little girls Angry

Non - nein - no. Humans can become a simulacrum by utilising various degrees of cosmetic or medical intervention and a legal amendment. But biologically change sex. Sorry, not possible.

No. Physically people can alter their appearance to look like the opposite sex, but it could never actually make them the opposite sex. If their remains were found thousands of years later they would be identified as the sex that they were born as. You simply can't change your sex. How you decide to express yourself in terms of gender is different.

hungryhippie · 15/06/2018 21:20

IcedPurple · 15/06/2018 21:20

No.

Biological sex is fixed at the moment of conception and is imprinted on every cell of one's being. It cannot be changed, no matter how much surgery or hormone 'treatments' one chooses to subject oneself o.

GeordieTerf · 15/06/2018 21:19

No. Mammals can only have major changes when in the womb. After birth, that's it.

Some other animals are able to metamorphosis and adapt to their environment/ surroundings. However, these life forms are far removed from humans.

BoogieFeet · 15/06/2018 21:18

No. We can’t change Y chromosomes to X chromosomes

FermatsTheorem · 15/06/2018 21:18

No.

In this country people can apply to be legally considered as s member of the opposite sex, subject to certain exceptions, but no-one can actually change sex.

donajimena · 15/06/2018 21:17

Of course not. You can't change your chromosomes.

For legal purposes in the UK, yes.

YetAnotherNewName1000 · 15/06/2018 21:08

No. People can request to be called a gender other than the one assigned at birth, but this is not 'changing sex'.
