Not while I'm alive. tbh, the amount of fruit cake that I have ageing - same is true for a good while after my death.

She’s only just turned 20. (And the relief of being able to say ‘she’, if only online - I’ve been doing my best with ‘he’ all weekend for their sakes but I can’t do it fluently because I just don’t believe it).

Oh fern that's tragic Angry I've just watched my 29yr old DD cycle off to the gym for a yoga session. Tonight she's off to the boyfriends flat. 20yrs ago she insisted, persistently, she was really a boy, changed her name etc. She grew out of it.

All those feisty GNC girls being told they must be boys Sad

I’ve had an Earl Grey Tea this morning, and have an unexpected day off, due to a hiccup in work rota, but happy with that as travelling tomorrow for a fortnight away, and not yet packed!

Oh Fern, I can only imagine the sadness, but it don’t think that anything you could have said would have changed the outcome. 💐

Ill have a chamomile tea too please. I met up with an old friend at the weekend and his lovely daughter has had a double mastectomy and started on testosterone since I last saw them. I feel sick. And guilty - if I’d spoken up last year when she had blue hair and wavering pronouns, maybe I could have sown a doubt before it was too late.

Urm, sorry but the cake went at lunchtime in a very generous last slice. Just crisps , biscuits, chocolate, sweeties and ice lollies left

The Bluestocking provides any drink you desire, at whatever time of day.
It's Brew for me, mostly. It's a place where you will never be looked at askance for your choices or coerced into more alcohol than you want, and certainly safe from spiking.

Loving the idea of BST - very similar to what Nigella's says about airport lounges and Christmas Day, it's fine to drink at any time.
