Very interested to see that the men on Twitter are allowed to tell the truth with impunity, when women are attacked and banned for doing the same.

And the record of men when it comes to honesty about sex is how big?

I am a lot less active in LGBTI groups than I once was but at one time I knew a lot of trans people. Almost all hard partners.

I had a friend a couple of friends in the States. Very attractive young women. They would read surveys like this and giggle because they knew from experience that most men were very keen to get them into bed. And if men realise that there is zero chance of an "accidental" child, they can become very enthusiastic.

One of the scare tactics transphobes use is "if you transition, nobody will ever be attracted to you". It's complete rubbish.

Still waiting fro the TRA pile-on.... I think it will be along time coming.

Glad to see so many pointing out that any man dating a Transwoman is not straight. The relationship is fine, and entirely their business, but they can't force others to accept their delusion.

Re changing sexual attraction. There is a thought that some hetero AGP males are attracted to women pre transition, however post transition, their attraction doesn't change exactly - they view being penetrated as the "ultimate femininity". So they change to having sex with men to fulfill that fantasy - the men are just part of the validation, not a real attraction.

Of course there are also those who are bisexual or who become "lesbian" (yes, they are airquotes - I'm not agreeing at all)

True but I do think that TRAs know that TWA(not)W and they know that the rest of us know that TWA(not)W, but that's not the game. The game is to make us say TWAW while not believing it. It's taking pleasure in the coercion. It's a power thing.

You're showered with people telling you how wonderful and brave you are for coming out as trans and you feel you must be pretty damn special. And then 10 years on, what are you left with?

I remember when James O'brien pushing someone on the radio about where they draw the line as to a 'genuine' transwoman who should be let into the women's toilets etc.
