I liked Magdalen’s approach of comparing the vlogger with the PWC receptionist to make the point about fighting the system to the benefit of others. However, employees in the US have fewer employment law protections than here in the UK, especially gay and lesbian employees, and without employment no health insurance. For all its foibles, the NHS and our welfare state do give us more latitude in the “fuck you!” stakes.

Really, really doesn't come across well, especially not compared to the woman on good morning Britain who actually stood up, sacrifices and tried to achieve something noble rather than indulge herself
