Where do we draw the trans line....?

Really interesting reading all the Daily Mail comments on latest Man Friday article.... most seemed quite happy with the idea of transsexuals using women's facilities, but no transwomen with dangly bits.

This used to be my position - and may still be so... but I am really concerned the more I read about certain transsexuals (the previously macho late-transitioning type).... those with rampant AGP which leads them to fetishise women's bodies and being in women's spaces in a very mansplainy way.... I feel very squeamish about sharing space with them.... and was deeply shocked by learning that some comb bins for used tampons and pads and wear them to "feel more like a woman" and then celebrate and share this online with other fetishists.....

My suspicion is that for the sake of what one might see as the transsexuals we have long shared space with, out of courtesy and respect, that yes it is okay for them to be in some women's spaces .... But my concern is that with TRAs being so active and the transgender movement steamrollering ahead, that more of the aggressive AGP type are going to feel liberated to come out of the closet and into our spaces....and the balance will shift

I know this is just academic - given that focussing on No Self-Id is our priority - but would be very interested in hearing what other's think as I try to clarify my own position

I guess next they will be saying that there are no woman criminals or killers and that woman can do no wrong

Before this I stood up for woman but I can't bring myself to do that anymore given how hostile, abusive and nasty they are, especially when they don't get their own way

It's like the other day when a woman lost her password she was nasty and blamed me for setting the password in the first place, but soon changed her tune when I helped her and fixed the problem

I have since blocked the nasty woman on Facebook

Does anyone have a good recipe for marmalade please?

I don't have a recipe but I can warn you that you should not put a freshly-made jar of marmalade that has only a thin wax disk covering the top in your handbag.

But, if you insist on doing so, please do not run out the door to to catch a bus and then run to a Very Important Meeting.

And if you must ignore the advice I have given at this point, please heed my warning to at least have your in a safe place before you place your hand in said handbag with said jar of freshly-made marmalade covered only with a wax disk.

Pssst J4nice Mashonaland isn't in the UK.

And Mr Mugabe has a lot of very unusual ideas about a lot of things!

Also that article starts with a sentence containing the word "alleged"

But mainly eeeeeeugh! It is suspected the female rapists may be harvesting semen for ritual purposes Shock Grin

Ereshkigal · 04/06/2018 16:46

Now I know where Giuliana went when the twitter account was deleted

Shock when did that happen?

You are incorrect. In English law, a penis is required for rape. A woman can be convicted of rape if she is an accessory (eg holding down the victim.) however she has not ‘done the rape’ - she is convicted as basically an accessory.

A woman donning a strap on would be convicted of sexual assault - not rape.

Not entirely sure what a Zimbabwean article is supposed to prove but it certainly shows one must throw the net quite wide to find women (were they born women?) who commit sexual crime.

I can confirm that Santa and the Easter bunny are fictional.

Yambabe · 04/06/2018 16:44

Oh. Is Mashonaland nice? I've never been, is it near Cornwall?

Definition of rape under English law

LangCleg · 04/06/2018 16:44

Fun as this is, I think you are overplaying your hand now, J4nice. You have retain some subtlety or the game is just spoiled.

J4nice · 04/06/2018 16:41

Wait, I thought you were an expert in law? Why is it you are unaware that under UK law a woman cannot rape? A woman can rape and anyone who says differenly is stupid

www.newsday.co.zw/2018/01/female-rapists-resurface/

Female rapists don't exist do they it's like Santa or the Easter bunny

CuriousaboutSamphire · 04/06/2018 16:40

No... wait...

it's clear their agender

Is that It is clear they are a-gender in which case, I am mightily insulted, my birth certificate says I am female.

Poor fucking MP, having to trawl through this. .....

There are PDFs, dontchaknow, PDFs.

Truscum · 04/06/2018 16:40

it's clear their agender is to stir hate and to push legislation that will prevent woman like myself from using bathrooms so that we are in danger of abuse and being harmed because other hateful men like some of the posters on here threatened and harass woman like me

Oh aye? Hmm

Try it. You might be surprised. I’ve been perfectly fine using the men’s bathrooms. Unless your entire world will collapse if you get the slightest hint of a raised eyebrow (I think that’s actual abuse now isn’t it?) then you will be fine.

The worst I’ve encountered has been a young lad showing off in front of his mates and asking me some questions. He was practically still a child, and children speak the truth. I laughed it off and told a joke and they were all fine.

Also, hate to break it to you. We ain’t women. We deserve (and currently have) the same rights as anyone else. We have a mental disorder, which in some cases it’s best to treat with SRS and hormones. None of those things mean we get to yell at women who don’t want to lie to us, themselves or children.

So woman are rapists and killers and thieves and murders and are violent but that won't help push your hidden agenda which will put vulnerable people like me at risk of harm and stir violence

Confused

We, as a group, commit certain crimes at the same rate as men (guess why)

That rate is much, much, much, higher than the rate that women commit those crimes.

Also, assuming you are in the UK, women can’t rape. Rape needs to involve a penis. Women don’t have a penis.

WeeBisom · 04/06/2018 16:40

J4nice :
You are a highly entertaining troll, nice work!

GenderApostate · 04/06/2018 16:39

I think the MP meeting is made up, much like all the other ‘facts’ .

spontaneousgiventime · 04/06/2018 16:38

JessicaEccles FFS I've just spat coffee all over the dog. Grin

J4nice · 04/06/2018 16:38

Magpiesarehuge

There are cases of woman raping other woman and woman who have put a steapon on and duped other woman in to sex

Would those rapist women have a penis?

You are making fun of male rape victims and female victims who have been sexually asulted with a strap on

This is disgusting

You are implying that only someone with a penis can rape

Those with a vagina can too and you are doing a discredit to such victims by playing it down

JessicaEccles · 04/06/2018 16:36

Rhubarb chutney you say? I usually use any glut of the 'barb in a pie filling, orange juice and rhubarb. It goes nicely in a pie, a crumble, or with ice cream, like a fool Grin

J4nice · 04/06/2018 16:36

@Magpiesarehuge 16:33 Today
Also, what would happen if i went for a smear test, a massage, a breast examination or even a bikini wax and requested a female - would i have to accept say J4nice or a woman with a beard and penis bulge. Would i be breaking a discrimination law or committing a hate crime?

I find that very offensive that you are saying I have a beard and a penis bulge so I've reported you

GenderApostate · 04/06/2018 16:36

Oh do shut up dear. When 2 Men a week are killed by their Female partner and whole families are annihilated by Women then you might have a point.
Women don’t rape, in the UK it’s a specific offence that needs a penis.
You’re welcome.
