The response to the Crowdfunder has been phenomenal. I have just been reading the comments on the site too - they are really encouraging. TransgenderTrend need every penny they can get if they are to continue to work effectively and have an influential voice.

This is Transgender Trend's big opportunity to gain as much funding as possible - just at the right time- when the press in UK and now the US are starting to wake-up to Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria. This is the groups ONLY funding stream and it finishes in 2 days time. The year ahead is going to be busy, and crucial. TT want to be represented at every important meeting and to submit quality information to key decision-makers, as well as producing additional school materials, - so please, please give what you can. Without biological sex life would come to an end, which is what makes male and female sexes such a meaningful distinction

I too had donated and am extremely angry that they caved in and suspended the Crowdfunder campaign so I've also emailed them to complain. With any luck if enough of us complain they might take notice.

Without biological sex there would be no concept of gender to identify with.

If you put 100 biological men and 100 biological women on a desert island (with plenty of food and no contraception) there would be babies born within 2 years.

If you put 100 men and 100 transwomen in the same position there would be no babies

As the Crowdfunder has been taken down, I've just donated directly to Transgender Trend on their website.

I donated early on and have emailed confirming that TgT guidance is in line with EA legislation and that their watchful waitibg recommendation for GNC kids is based on NHS Tavistock gender clinic best practice. Asked them to check these refs and reinstate fund.
Mermaids also era et al are despicable.

Thanks @Ereshkigal. Hopefully the investigation goes the right way.

I believe Crowdfunder have the option to reimburse all pledges if they wish. Hope this won't be their preferred option. Maybe if they receive enough supportive emails, they will allow TT to keep what has been pledged so far?

I don't think they have received the monies, I think they are held for a certain amount of time. I presume refunds will come if they take it down permanently. Then I will donate via the site.

I'm wondering about the best form of words to get across how important this is.

I also haven't had any email about returning funds, although I imagine that will depend on the outcome of the "investigation"

Crowdfunder receives up to 200 new project ideas a day from people all over the UK who want to see change in their communities. Can I ask for some help formulating a response please?

The many parents who have teens caught up in trans id will be so grateful for the support of other mums. This is quite the lonely road x

I've emailed Crowdfunder too. I don't normally but a tiny group of shouty extremists shutting down debate and information enrages me.

I don't do twitter so I can't tweet them.

I've also donated double what I planned to via their website.
