She is but it looks like she is indeed shadowbanned.

Cwenthryth · 07/06/2018 20:26

Tweeter @E1eanor is doing a good job: can follow the thread from here twitter.com/e1eanor/status/1004787019262947328

Ereshkigal · 07/06/2018 20:17

Perhaps they have shadowbanned everyone who is tweeting from the meeting. It wouldn't surprise me.

I'm here with my sister and my baby. Some free seats near us. Come say hi

Cwenthryth · 07/06/2018 19:01

Hope everyone has a good night! Is there a livestream?

wrappedupinmyselflikeaspool · 07/06/2018 18:35

I’m just arriving in todmorden. Excited, this is the first meeting I’ve been able to get to. How will mumsnetters recognise each other?

Beamur · 07/06/2018 17:44

I'll be watching with interest. Can't make it despite it being fairly local to me, but hope it goes well.

ToeToToe · 07/06/2018 16:54

Enjoy tonight, everyone who is going. I'll be watching for updates on Twitter.

MrsWooster · 07/06/2018 16:45

Yep- galloping neurosis means being hideously early but despite the Golden Lion being nearest the station and me busting for a wee O have retreated up into town! It's. Very nice- no guerilla gardening in evidence, so I'm eating crisps.

Hoppinggreen · 07/06/2018 16:39

Are you there already?
I’m leaving in about an hour

MrsWooster · 07/06/2018 16:25

Well it's sunny in Tod! Just went to find a nice pub to wait in and the first one I saw looked lovely- food, near the canal, big trans flag in the upstairs window.... I think I might wander elsewhere!

LapdanceShoeshine · 07/06/2018 12:29

Oh good! Smile

JoyTheUnicorn · 07/06/2018 12:10

I think I may have arranged it on fb.

LapdanceShoeshine · 07/06/2018 12:06

It won’t be sold out as such, just that they stop selling early - for vetting reasons presumably.

But somebody who’s already bought one should be able to arrange (in advance) to do something at the door?

I reckon twitter’s probably the best way to communicate at this stage (but by DM so you don’t show publicly as going tonight)

JoyTheUnicorn · 07/06/2018 11:46

I’ll have to see if the organisers can help then.
Thanks.

Hoppinggreen · 07/06/2018 11:42

joy I think the name on the ticket has to match your ID

JoyTheUnicorn · 07/06/2018 11:42

Yes, on the eventbrite site it says sales ended.
I’m so cross that I didn’t just buy two!

sashh · 07/06/2018 11:37

I wish I had more notice, I'm due to go see my dad soon and he is less than 10 miles away.

busyboysmum · 07/06/2018 11:36

Have they sold out Joy?

JoyTheUnicorn · 07/06/2018 11:33

Hello, I have a ticket to attend, but I won’t be able to come unless I can bring my daughter (15).
I don’t suppose anyone has a spare ticket I could buy, or knows how I could get hold of one?
I have emailed the event organisers.

A bit of eloquent inspiration for those going 'up Tod' to help them on their way. Her accent makes me very happy (and homesick).

WichBitchHarpyTerfThatsMe · 06/06/2018 22:57

Ha ha Mrs, you sound very dashing! I'm will PM you.

MrsWooster · 06/06/2018 22:41

I'll be there. I'm flapping about traffic and trains so am doing a grandma and setting off three hours early and will find somewhere for a nice cup of tea beforehand.
I shall wear a pink carnation and will be sporting a monocle.

WichBitchHarpyTerfThatsMe · 06/06/2018 22:26

*Busy" I've sent you a PM.
