Actually it's a very perceptive summary. I think the arrogant group is more like 5% but like poison it's more noticeable than it has any right to be. I've alays been shocking at biology compared to the other sciences but I do think that good communication skills covers a multitude of sins....

2rebecca makes some great points - if he's only recently been in A+E he's probably got his GP Reg year to go and for all his sense of superiority doesn't realise what a tiny medical fish he is. And you've made me have a think - I am my real self on Twitter (not dressed in scrubs mind ) and say where I work etc - I maybe need to be a bit more careful. Helen Webberley, for all that I disagree with her, too, is so much more mature on SM.
