How would you actually implement bathrooms separated by sex?

I'm actually curious about this. I'm defining sex as the most common combinations of chromosomes and gonads.

How would you enforce that only people with a particular combination uses a particular bathroom? In the case of intersex people, or transgender people who pass well?

The whole loos thing is a custom.

In the workplace it's the law to provide same sex loos for employees (but not customers). If a company can only provide unisex loos for employees it has to be a completely self contained cubicle. That's a legal requirement.

It's up to individual establishments how they manage their public loos. As it's just a custom there's nothing stopping a bloke going into the women's anyway, apart from looking out of place. Transgender ideology wants to break these customs down and make it impossible to challenge ppl of the opposite sex in a same-sex environment basically moving everything to unisex.

Bathrooms are already, mostly very successfully, separated by sex.

I'm curious how you don't know the answer to this already!

It is and always has been separated by sex. This is monitored by other users of the toilet who are able to challenge people who should not be in there. No one cares about a transsexual who isn't causing a problem of themselves, an honorary pass has been historically granted to them.

Don’t. Just have single cubicles with individual sinks inside. Each cubicle with proper dividing walls which gives ough privacy.
