There's a reason why pimps groom underage girls into prostitution - it's the age old idea of controlling the future adult. A few grown women voluntarily go into prostitution, but not many - most prostitutes were groomed into it/abused as teenagers. Because teenagers are vulnerable, and easily manipulated. If the people supposedly tasked with protecting them cannot see that, then they should not be in the job.

I found Chart's comments particularly illuminating when she talked about her Jehovah's Witness upbringing and the parallels between JW "disfellowshipping" and the ostracism/exclusion/sacking meted out to dissenting voices by the "so-open-minded-their-brains-have-fallen-out" liberal left. Once you've been in, and escaped, a cult, you can see cult-like behaviour all too clearly.
