See,this is where it all falls down. (Forgive me, I'm new to all this despite being on here years so correct me if I'm wrong.)
Was LM originally male, now identifies as female but still has male parts?
(As I said,please correct me if I'm wrong. Up for learning and all that.)
If LM has now come out as gay and wanting lesbians, you're still biologically male though if my understanding is correct? (somebody correct me if actually fully transitioned.)
If I'm right and you're still a man (biological) but wanting to have sex with lesbians that would make you.........

What a coward! If the same questions were asked of him by a woman less well-known, he'd be calling her "disgusting", "vile" and a "bigot", just as he does on Twitter.

Questions asking "if a man puts on a dress..", would get no more thoughtful response than "terf terf terf terf terf terf", and BLOCK!

He's thick but he knows enough to be aware that his usual dismissive and abusive behaviour is unacceptable to the mainstream.

Julia HB has form for being no friend to bio, straight, affluent white women (her peers), never mind someone outside those parameters. I'm surprised nobody around Lily tried to prevent her from participating in this.

It was great to see LM getting taken down. But Julia Hartley Brewer is no feminist and I doubt she is a mumsnetter. Pretty sure I have heard her say nasty stuff about the site. She also thinks #metoo is a load of bollocks and that women should get a grip about being groped at work.
