To think that Labour thinks women are fecking eejits

They have delayed the announcement re transwomen on All Women Shortlists until June. Because they need to think hard on it.

But, oh, there are elections in England in May! Wouldn't it be nice if the lovely ladies would stop being obstreperous cunts for a wee while and voted for us in May.

Then we can nicely fuck them over in June, just before we all set off to Tuscany for the summer.

I got a malware notice on their latest email to me. I've recently rejoined the Labour Party.

I'm not happy at all!

transcendentphobic · 18/03/2018 16:56

So is Stella Creasy a careerist or a handmaiden? Or both??
I thought her motion on abortion was great - I keep being disappointed by Labour MPs.

AssignedPuuurfectAtBirth · 18/03/2018 16:55

Stella Creasy would be a fool to align herself with TERFs. But actually, she's not as intelligent as she is being made out to be as the actual smart move is to STFU about it like everyone else.

But then, maybe she's going for the 'Brave Stella' angle.

Look at the map of the petition, plenty of TERFs there with Stella. I am sure she was informed and called them nasty bigoted transphobes.

transcendentphobic · 18/03/2018 16:49

I mean if Stella Creasy gets 96,000 tweets a day I can understand how she would have little time to read on it herself.

TERFPressJunky · 18/03/2018 16:49

It's their job to understand.

TERFPressJunky · 18/03/2018 16:48

I actually may add #UnwantedCunt too. Really let that 'penetrate' that "I am a real woman" ! Grin

transcendentphobic · 18/03/2018 16:48

Maybe a lot of these MPs have no idea of real ramifications of self-ID. I'm thinking they might have young SJW researchers/ PAs who filter stuff to them, from the angle that anything perceived to be anti-LGBT is a no-no.
NO clue about the homophobia & mysoginy inherent to the current trans activism.

TERFPressJunky · 18/03/2018 16:44

This unwanted count won't be voting labour. I will be either marking XX in a box at the bottom of my ballot with #manfriday or leaving it blank. I am not voting for a party that tells me lies and erases half the nation, all of them think men are women.HmmConfusedShock

AssignedPuuurfectAtBirth · 18/03/2018 16:43

Ow, this tweet. Best I've ever seen

"You aren't smashing the patriachy. You're just calling it a woman"

I don't feel that I can vote for anyone in May and I have voted in every election for the past 14 years.

Weezol · 18/03/2018 16:40

I won't be voting Labour either. On this issue, Momentum and the worship of JC they have finally told their established heartlands that women, the working class, the poor and the North are of no interest to Labour.

In addition, I wouldn't be voting Labour anyway because my current MP has been crap from start to finish. She's been a real disappointment over her second term. She'll probably get in anyway as it's been a safe seat for ever.

But what do I vote instead?

LangCleg · 18/03/2018 16:36

I think she has no idea how many changes have already happened, how we are already feeling the changes "ahead of the law."

Oh, I think Stella knows perfectly well how many changes have already happened. Stella is not a stupid woman; she is a very bright woman. Stella is also a very ambitious woman. Her position on this, as her position on everything, is purely about career positioning.

She gets right up my nose.

LostArt · 18/03/2018 16:32

I think labour have boxed themselves into a bit of a corner. If they come out with a pro women statement, the transactivists will cause problems, and obviously if they come out with an anti women statement, they believe women will stop voting for them. So instead they pretend nothing is going on. You've got to love the June date, though - so coincidental. Unless it really is going to take them that long to decide what the intended purpose of WOS is?

TerfsUp · 18/03/2018 16:30

Labour will never ever get my vote.

DamnDeDoubtanceIsSpartacus · 18/03/2018 16:30

Stella Creasy is discussing this at the mo on twitter

I think she has no idea how many changes have already happened, how we are already feeling the changes "ahead of the law."

DarthArts · 18/03/2018 16:30

It's depressingly transparent isn't it.

Are we all expected to forget about between now and June?

Doesn't matter to me however. I'll be resigning from the party and has already notified my CLP that I won't be campaigning.

As to how I'll vote -well still a dilemma - but it won't be for Labour.

TERFPressJunky · 18/03/2018 16:24

I would be tempted were I on Twitter, to retweet Labour MPs that Monthy Python sketch on DrRadFems Twitter account, with #ManFriday #LabourLosingWomen #CorbynSaidMenAreWomen

transcendentphobic · 18/03/2018 16:23

I was so glad they'd won seats last year, I did my best to win them votes.
Then the goal post moving on Brexit started, now they can't find the courage to nail their colours to any fucking mast.
A party that stands for nothing will fall for anything.
That's pretty much made me join the Mayday4women mass resignation.

Oh and Owen Fucking Jones as well, the passive agressive woman hating twat.

ALittleAubergine · 18/03/2018 16:21

I'm not getting that same message from labour at all. I have concerns re self-id and will probably vote for labour in the next election, depending on their general manifesto and those of other parties.

busyboysmum · 18/03/2018 16:14

They should concede that what they propose is illegal. They should apologise to women. They should acknowledge that AWS and women's officers roles should be for biological women only. To show this is not a transphobic decision they should include transmen in that as they have female biology and seem to be seriously under represented in all this.

TERFPressJunky · 18/03/2018 16:08

I actually feel sorry for MPs, I don't wish them or TRAs harm. I would like them to learn from this and realise they have been played by more powerful people, divide and rule, they should look to themselves (are they suited to the job) and Corbyn, not women or feminists.

swivelchair · 18/03/2018 16:06

Delayed again huh. Anyone would think they don't want to give an answer.

LangCleg · 18/03/2018 16:05

Could they be any more transparent?

Even if I didn't care one way or the other about the trans issue, I'd be having serious doubts about Labour on the basis of competency at the moment. Couldn't run a piss up in a brewery.

(Too late for me in any case. I resigned membership a couple of weeks back so that is one less leaflet distributor and door knocker they have in my area. Two actually - although the DH doesn't do much.)

TERFPressJunky · 18/03/2018 16:04

The union response was not very supportive of the picketing battery of a woman.
Labour think it's not a problem to call us cunts.
OJ confirmed that Labour are trolling women.
Matt today on DP was delighted to see the end of AWS.

They are playing us, they just don't want us to tell other women what they think of us.

I see Stella, the proported feminist that thinks men are women and women are mean has been nasty on Twitter today.

They see the public begin to see the Emperor is naked and they are all looking like fools. They called their constituents bigots and told us to leave the party, we were not wanted.

They should take their anger out on Corbyn and themselves, not us, he told them to think men are women then be nasty to us, and they complied.
