The signatories now stand at 5444.

The grey areas on the map are:

  • Airdrie and Shotts
  • Staffordshire Moorlands
  • Bassetlaw
  • Harlow
  • West Tyrone

The constituencies with the highest number of signatories are:

  • Calder Valley
  • Brighton Pavillion
  • Lewisham West and Penge
  • Lewisham, Deptford
  • Bristol West
  • Edinburgh North and Leith

It’s due to be reported in this week’s Mail on Sunday and Sunday Times.

This will go up and up with a surge every time there is a public peak trans event. It will definitely force a formal response from government. It's a lot more than previous GC petitions have managed.

I think we need a mass 'coming out' day, as in questioning the self ID issue, make it acceptable question this issue...."please be kind I'm only asking "?? Sort of event whereby you have a 'supporting trans' stance but just have some concerns re self ID?? Make it more palatable perhaps, even though it goads us!

The numbers aren't going up v quickly because many won't put this on fb or twitter - (I include myself in this)

Hopefully some people will sign on the back of this. Can't understand why so few have signed the petition.
Can only be because it's not mainstream enough.
