I would wonder whether he’s completely honest about his age. I’d put him early 30s, at least

BeyondDeadly
do share with us in a non-slanderous way when you find something Grin

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 14:06

My potential criminal is 1987, I can't find an exact date. There was also someone with the same name born in 1990 and there is (only) one on Facebook, so I'm half tempted to contact him and ask his dob. Compulsive nosiness!

Anyway, they were registered in stoke on Trent, which is not a million miles away...?

Pratchet · 17/03/2018 14:05

I'm so interested in what you find out. Don't give up! Some of it must be out there ..

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 14:01

Grin going off down rabbit holes is a hobby of mine!

transcendentphobic · 17/03/2018 14:01

My googling is obvs a bit shit as well as I just tried via proxy!

Wow beyond. My googling is amateur compared to you.

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 13:52

There were only four male children born in Hucknall in the first quarter of 1987, and none of them appear to have been convicted

Pratchet · 17/03/2018 13:44

Oh well I just found it, 31, born Jan 1 1987 shrug

I know this is for crimes applicable from 2012 committed by 18+ year olds, but a) the tariffs for sentences rarely get lowered; and b) they are usually more lenient for minors (as PL was when the offence was committed), but it backs up my point that to get a two year sentence for a burglary means that there were significant aggravating factors

www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/offences/item/domestic-burglary/

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 13:31

I was searching all crime by 16-18 year olds for a guessed date range. Paris says they are from Hucknall and this particular one that I narrowed it down to (narrowed down by the crime, not by the area) was tried in Nottingham crown court

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 13:27

Ah, the person I have found didn't rob an elderly man though, it was a woman. She has since died though. (Trying to be vague - do not want to slander!!)

Pratchet · 17/03/2018 13:24

I think the birthplace is available by googling, he talks about it in his 'poor me growing up gay trans in a rough area' articles

transcendentphobic · 17/03/2018 13:24

Ah maybe that's the reason for wanting to erase the past.
Peole can still find the link but not connect to a name. I heard it was pretty violent.

Ereshkigal · 17/03/2018 13:21

I'll use my proxy to look when I get home, I'm at my mums with only my phone.

Ereshkigal · 17/03/2018 13:20

How do you know which area Beyond?

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 13:18

The conviction is showing on judgement searches yes (and the story does show on bbc news at the time, though no tabloids?) however there is no way to link PL to it, so I guess there's no reason to hide it. Cheryl Cole's conviction can be searched by her name

transcendentphobic · 17/03/2018 13:12

BeyondDeadly
Is the second crime searchable? Wonder how that can be erased. Cheryl Cole's conviction for assault is still widely available.

SpringNowPlease2018 · 17/03/2018 12:38

Is this being done as under-30 for any other reason? I know occasionally they say they really want a younger audience or it's in a uni town or something - just wondering what was said about this.

how Lees gets on a QT panel at all is beyond me.

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 12:33

If it is this one, I can certainly see why all references to Paris' pre transition life have been wiped

BeyondDeadlySiren · 17/03/2018 12:33

I ruled out the initial crime I had found, but dear god if it's the second one (17 yo in 2005 convicted of robbing someone in their home - with others - in 2003) then the world needs to know about it Shock
