Post it on Linked In. There is nothing controversial in the header. Nothing phobic or bigoted. Women asking to be listened to. I work in HR, I have a duty to do this. Women in the workplace should be asked their views.

thank you Maximum, that's excellent - she is very interested in this discussion due to everyone she knows feeling the pressure to "commit" to a sexuality - seems to be generally commit to anything that isn't who you are.

I hope she will bring it up with her friends - I will email the PDF to her school too - probably will say they can't touch it, but we'll see.
