I thought he was a good guy for a while. He seemed it. Lefty dude, stood up for women and gay rights, wrote a book about demonising the poor. The first thing I ever saw him tweet was on International Men's Day "..or in other words, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday...etc" That was in about 2012.

He's now become fairly rabid on the trans (men's) rights movement, seems to not like women speaking up for themselves at all - has found a better "class" of "woman" to support now. The ones who have dicks. Owen likes them much more. Wink

He's your classic lefty-dude-bro now, who just wants women to STFU.

Love Julie Bindel. I am not sure how to share the thread, it was so long, and it looks like some tweets have been deleted.

It started with Julie tweeting: At times like IWD I always think, ‘What would Owen Jones tell us to do?’

To deflect from debating with Julie, OJ immediately turned it to him being the victim with ever increasing faux outrage building to a 'Never get in touch with me ever again'.

I used to buy his books and go to see him speak, never again, he is such a massive twat.
