I came across this and found it very interesting- but not as interesting as the comments below it.

Can you teach 'feminism' without provoking a back lash from boys and their parents? It would need to be called gender politics, perhaps. In my son's peer group, one of the girlfriends is a feminist. One of the boys then became very anti. I've known him since he was a baby, and he is surrounded by strong women, but the existence of feminism enraged him. I think he is now mellowing.

I've seen TIMs say that sleeping with a woman who is bi is all wrong, for them.

Because he worries she is enjoying his 'maleness', it doesn't make him feel like a woman.

Deeply suspicious that she is attracted to him as a man, not a woman.

Women can't win.

I got mired in some sub Reddit threads written by AGP individuals.

I did, genuinely, feel a little sorry for them. The binge/purge aspect. The shame, guilt. The fact that it was such an obsession, to the exclusion of everything else. The porn addiction that was so negative.

Quite frankly, it sounded horrific.

Then some posters were talking about their compulsive envy of women. How they want to 'hate fuck' them. But it was the wording used, how women's mannerisms and hair and laughter can strike jealousy into the heart of these men.

They truly didn't see a person. It's how we sometimes feel that these men are donning a costume, of womanhood. That's exactly how they saw women. A superficial collection of visual characteristics.

Quite frankly, it was an eye opening window into men's objectification of women.

And made me realise all the more how gender is so very damaging. Seeing women as a series of things to be exploited, subjugated, or used.

I've said this before, and it's not a flippant comment - if feminism was taught in schools, I truly think we could address this within a generation. Not just transgenderism, but attitudes in general.

4thwavenow.com/2017/12/07/gender-dysphoria-is-not-one-thing

People feel they are the wrong gender for a variety of reasons, AGP is one of them.

picklemepopcorn · 17/02/2018 07:26

Datun, totally agree. I didn't read them and feel sympathy for the men with AGP. What was refreshing though was the acceptance that they have AGP and are not women in a man's body. And the comments regretting transition and the impact of AGP TIMs. Very clear recognition of the situation.

OP posts:
MrGHardy · 17/02/2018 02:21

"AGP or what?"

yea, the more I read people tweet ridiculous nonsense on twitter, the more I think they are all freaks. Indoctrinated/brainwashed drones.

Take this CS guy, an award for women in an industry where there are severely underrepresented went to a guy whose fetish is to pretend to be a woman from time to time. Moreover, whatever he does do in a dress, is built on a career as a man that is still ongoing. As a woman, he achieved fuck all in business.

CapnHaddock · 17/02/2018 01:58

Pip's achievements have nothing to do with supporting women in the workplace, unlike the other 49 women on this list. When will people wake up and realise this? Transwomen aren't women

AngryAttackKittens · 17/02/2018 01:26

I've made that observation before, Triliteration, and been told that doing so is hateful and crossing the line from legit gender crit to transphobia.

It's still true, though.

Triliteration · 17/02/2018 00:54

I clicked the link to the Anne Lawrence essay on “Shame and Narcissistic Rage in Autogynephilic Transsexualism” and this jumped out at me:
Autogynephilic transsexuals may also find it harder to fully identify with women after transition than before, because the differences they inevitably observe between themselves and natal women become harder to rationalize after transition.

In other words, actually allowing and encouraging them to transition will make them hate women even more. So no wonder the hatred is so palpable. The last thing doctors should be doing is to encourage these people.

SimonBridges · 17/02/2018 00:24

Unless the 'women' concerned have a cock, it seems!

Because women with cocks don’t do annoying things like have babies or periods.
Also, because men don’t find them sexual attractive they can work with them without the danger of molesting them.

AngryAttackKittens · 17/02/2018 00:11

Oh the comments from AGP men are alternately vomit worthy and infuriating, for sure. If you truly believe that you're a womanly woman who is 100% laydee, then, well, you didn't marry a lesbian, so of course she wants a divorce.*

*Please leave bisexual women out of this, I've seen a bit off "well they should hook up with women who're bi" on Tumblr etc. and most of us are no more interested in playing pretend than straight women are.

AngryAttackKittens · 17/02/2018 00:08

Furry day at the office! I'm sure that wearing the costumes complete with cartoony animal head will not negatively impact employee performance in any way.

Datun · 16/02/2018 23:39

Although those comments may have been sympathy inducing, I would urge caution.

AGPs are known to voraciously eat through trust, money, relationships.

It has affected my sex life, she says she has less desire due to her medications plus age which could be true but maybe she has closed off due to me being AGP.Through careful communication you can save your marriage she needs to be better informed of your condition.

^ this is a bit chlling, too me. She clearly doesn't want sex with a man who thinks he's a woman and fetishises her own womanhood, and he thinks she just needs a damn good talking to.

This thread was started by the wives (or ex-wives), of autogynephiles.

It's a heartbreaking read.

And whilst I can find compassion for men who have a condition through no fault of their own, it's hugely overshadowed by my compassion for the women who are married to them.

Wankphobic - Brilliant!

boatyardblues · 16/02/2018 22:32

Why don't Credit Suisse accommodate furries and cosplayers as well?

Give it time...

picklemepopcorn · 16/02/2018 21:20

Might help with the bleaching, I suppose...

Fuck off I've got my balls taped to my anus in a pair of Spanx today so I'm in a bad mood.

Omg Mouth Ive just spat a mouthful of my first Dark & Stormy of the evening all over my phone thanks to that gemGrinGrinGrin

Mouthandtrousersall · 16/02/2018 19:42

Yes I think we should recommend they introduce a BDSM day as it's wankphobic not to allow all wanking preferences full display in the office environment.
What was that about harassment?

Fuck off I've got my balls taped to my anus in a pair of Spanx today so I'm in a bad mood.

picklemepopcorn · 16/02/2018 19:32

That is particularly outrageous, put like that. So he could win an inspirational woman award one week, and a best man in the office award the next. Great.

OP posts:
pisacake · 16/02/2018 19:25

Philip Bunce is a part-time transvestite.

Jolly good fun on weekends, but apparently he needs to bring it to the office and win women's awards as well.

Why don't Credit Suisse accommodate furries and cosplayers as well?

TERFousBreakdown · 16/02/2018 17:47

Not to the best of my knowledge, but I'm not really in a position to ask. They're not personal friends but people I know from professional women's things.

Suffice to say I've heard enough stories about women being passed over for promotion, not being listened to in meetings and, IRONY ALERT, being taken aside for a quiet word about appearance out of that place.

It's outrageous!

picklemepopcorn · 16/02/2018 17:39

Do they know this 'woman'?

OP posts:
TERFousBreakdown · 16/02/2018 17:33

For reasons I can't openly state here due to how very outing it would be, I happen to know several actual women working for CS.

Let me assure you that CS is not, generally speaking, quite as accommodating to women's needs.

Unless the 'women' concerned have a cock, it seems!

Gacapa · 16/02/2018 16:34

He becomes she because of make up, dress and wig.

Fuck off, Bunce. And take your creepy, infantilising hair flower and wank fodder fishnets with you.

Theshittyendofthestick · 16/02/2018 15:56

I thought being genderfluid was avoiding binary distinctions
That would indeed make sense, but in the crazy world of trans identity politics "woman" just means "not man" and is therefore a category open to anyone who feels like jumping on board Angry

Mouthandtrousersall · 16/02/2018 15:35

(My comment was in reply to the Pippa Bunce link.)
You are completely right. Why wasn't he on the top 30 blokes list if he's so cool? How many millions of women has he stepped over to get that award?

What concerns me is the twitter comment he made to Paris Lees,
twitter.com/PippaBunce/status/949597497147691008

He's is telling the world that if you don't agree men are women then you will never amount to anything. Er well that's me Phil, so your opinion of me is that huh?

Clearly he has instigated a zero tolerance policy at Credit Suisse and has to be obeyed. Is that the advice he gives to the Management Board about women, it's his way or no way? What a dickwad.
