There really needs to be a law that people with penises cannot be housed on the female estate. He's clearly not a transsexual but a total chancer.

And there needs to be separate trans wings for genuine transwomen.

They should offer these poor trans people surgery straight away IMO. It must be awful to live with gender dysphoria when you are trapped in a building full of penii.
Then they can have their very own wing.
