I don't think Karen should get into a libel case against IW, nothing good will come of it other than lawyers getting ££s. But it would be brilliant if someone like Janice Turner would interview her, mostly to raise awareness of her brilliant website, but also discuss the GMB interview and IW's subsequent treatment of her.

Yy to the poster who suggests that IW is trying to be the "cool girl" by defending men in the face of the sort of stuff that made my DH say sometimes he is ashamed of what men do to women (surely that's the only appropriate response to reading the list? "Fuck, men are horrific in their treatment of women"?)

This from the twit on the other thread, who said mumsnetters made his friend cry because we would like to maintain sex segregation.

Says it all.

Arguing that, because of potential past trauma involving males, causing seeing a penis or even an individual likely to be in possession of a penis to be triggering is justification for segregation is as absurd as it is offensive.

Absolutely clueless.

IW had an epiphany in the CBB house. They discovered that no one viewed them as a woman, not even themselves.
That is where the rage response to material reality began.
Karen is the target for IW narcissistic rage provided by the Britain morning TV show.

How can you claim to be a woman and yet have no interest in women's issues?

IW literally doesn't believe in biology . Linked this to a tweet about xx and xy - not really getting that these are congenital issues. Nothing to do with gender. And they are still a sex, just with an extra chromosome, just like other trisomies. The new Nipt tests for all these.

It strikes me that the trans movement is the only movement not creating its own spaces but demanding women give them theirs. And when women share these spaces we are called dirty cis this and that, insulted and criticised. But if we make our own spaces, so trans women can have theirs away from us as they wish... it’s also oppressive.

My conclusion is that what the movement wants is to stand on the shoulders of women and be fawned over how much better they do womanhood. How cis women could never . It’s this, or we ought to just fuck off.

I don't think for a minute Karen should compromise the website in this way but a section specifically on TIMs murdered in the UK would be interesting in highlighting that it happens very rarely in this country.
