Urgh, glad I never leave anything in the fridge at work, that is fucking awful!!

thebewilderness · 06/02/2018 19:36

The creepiest thing to me about the confessions of the wankers is that they are not confessions. They are bragging.

Freshlylaidterf · 06/02/2018 19:25

Yuk. Thats gross. Is there any limit to these behaviour of these vile men . I shudder to think I may be sharing a space with one someday. If Im not already.

iamawoman · 06/02/2018 19:18

Popcorn wish you hadnt drawn my attention to that image. Men are beasts!!

OP posts:
picklemepopcorn · 06/02/2018 18:56

A bloke was charged recently after they found cctv of him ejaculating into a female colleague's food kept in the shared fridge, and ejaculating on her mouse, chair etc. She began to get suspicious and and asked HR to check the cctv.

thebewilderness · 06/02/2018 18:47

LadyMcLadyCrisps
Dozens of posts like that on tumblr were how I found out that men and trans identified males masturbate in women's cubicles as part of their dominance fetish. I was blissfully ignorant of this particular porn inspired fetish until some d00d was arrested for masturbating into the samples he handed out at Costco.
MN put the Mike's friend thread back up after examining it for whatever they examine posts for.

Ekphrasis · 06/02/2018 18:04

There's a lot of whataboutery about.

IW and that bloke who shouted at Rose.

sexnotgender · 06/02/2018 17:01

I peaked a couple of months ago but my peak gets higher every fucking day.

IW really boiled my piss yesterday.

TallulahWaitingInTheRain · 06/02/2018 16:54

a lot of it has to be misogynist/homophobic troll noise

But if true, this just proves that men who hate women will cheerfully pose as transgender in order to frighten and upset us. Why assume they won't come and troll us in person once they can enter women's spaces with ease?

PositivelyPERF · 06/02/2018 16:47

There are more TIMs on tv, than women with visable disabilities, but men and their handmaidens fucking bleat that we need feminism to be intersectional!

PositivelyPERF · 06/02/2018 16:44

Anyway, there's a bit where they pop a transgender into the frame as if this was an achievement for women I found myself shouting fuck off at the tv, when that came on. This is a group of men who, along with their handmaidens, constantly bleat on about being a tiny minority, yet how the fuck come they are so over represented on tv?

Winefred · 06/02/2018 14:21

I think it was the 100-years-of-women-voting trailer I keep seeing on the telly where they go through what women were told they could not do, and it fades into what we can do. Anyway, there's a bit where they pop a transgender into the frame as if this was an achievement for women (and f knows how that is linked to women's votes). There. That was my peak 'moment.

hipsterfun · 06/02/2018 14:11

Following that link, I note somebody saying ‘Not arguing with your main point but that reddit user is not trans, just an obvious troll. The comment is 100% fake.’

I don’t doubt that there are unhinged real people out there (such as the person charged with the Hyde Park assault) but a lot of it has to be misogynist/homophobic troll noise.

LadyMcLadyCrisps · 06/02/2018 13:42

Apologies if any of you have seen this, but I feel sick. (Warning, potentially triggering/offensive content) I have just realised that peaking may actually be a daily occurence for me now. Sad

CallMeAstroTerf · 06/02/2018 13:32

Ive just peaked 12 times in the last hour!

(I was at a spin class, does it still count?Grin I probably didnt sweat as much as I do reading Twitter...)

LadyMcLadyCrisps · 06/02/2018 11:04

On a seperate note, did anybody see that stupid segment on the channel 4 news yesterday? It was about the ‘future’ of feminism and had a young woman of early 20’s (my assumption) who was excited because feminism was now fashionable and she could wear it on a t-shirt Hmm and then went on to claim that 4th wave feminism was the only way forward and that the views of the older ‘trans-exclusionary feminists (yes, she went there) were dated and not needed. She also said that modern day suffragettes would be more intersectional. Confused

Interestingly, I also watched an awe inspiring suffragette segment on the one show (I know, I was shocked too) about an Indian maharajahs daughter, who became a suffragette, I wonder if t-shirt lady knew about her? Wink

LadyMcLadyCrisps · 06/02/2018 10:52

Oh, and India Willoughby can fuck the fuck off. I have a seperate Mountain reserved just for her, I fell over the other side of it after that interview yesterday! Angry

LadyMcLadyCrisps · 06/02/2018 10:49

My DH definitely peaked when I did over the Rose Mcgowan issue, I think my best friend peaked yesterday and I am still working on my DD, she is a product of her current generation though, where critical thinking and questioning the proscribed dogma is frowned upon by her peers and Social Media, she does seem to be taking some of my points on board without so much eye rolling and dismissal though, so there appears to some improvement.

MorrisZapp · 06/02/2018 10:30

This truly has been a week of peaks.

Rose McGowan
Lily Magigan
Vogue new suffragettes
India Willoughby 'its tough for men'
Women's Aid

They're doing our work for us. Whether it's possible to stop the juggernaut before our rights are given away is another matter, but the public are massively on our side.

Hastalapasta · 06/02/2018 10:11

Definitely peaked, so has DH. You lot are awesome Grin

SchrodingersFrilledLizard · 06/02/2018 10:06

I love this thread. Such great posts.

(Erm, meant sincerely in case it sounded as though I was being sarcastic.)

Iamagreyhoundhearmeroar · 06/02/2018 10:05

Thank God...

SchrodingersFrilledLizard · 06/02/2018 10:03

Huzzah!

Winefred · 06/02/2018 08:52

Peaked

picklemepopcorn · 06/02/2018 07:48

I've peaked my family. DH has stopped complaining about me going on about it.
I've peaked a fair few friends. They were all oblivious initially, though.

I saw a comment about a something becoming trans exclusionary by going on about biological issues. Even in the most warm, fuzzy welcoming environment, you don't stop 99.9% of people talking about something that affects them to spare the feelings of .1%. In fact, perhaps they should consider that they do not belong in the group if they have so few shared interests!
