If he is lying to his patients then they haven't consented to treatment. TIMS need to have regular checks for penile cancer if they have an inverted penis that retains penile tissue, and they need to have prostate exams.

They dont need to waste the resources of an NHS gynecologist. I think his comments reflect a fantasy, not reality.

Why?
I can't think of any condition that would affect a MTF that would require treatment by a gynaecologist.
