Even naturally pregnant women with low hormone levels can’t be helped and they go on to have a miscarriage as the pregnancy can’t be supported. Never heard of a doctor offering hormone injections to try and help. So no, she can’t get pregnant. Doctors are saying it may be possible to do a womb transplant but this does not mean a pregnancy can be supported.

They are not horrendous comments, LM is in a truly ridiculous position feted by men who should be removed from post for it, and has said and done many extremely offensive and anti women things from the position of political power they chose to take on.

What 'enormous and challenging decisions' do you imagine Lily has had to make Loverunandwine? Lily seems to have had a completely normal childhood until the point when they decided their school was unreasonable enough to make them wear the standard uniform and use the appropriate toilets and got pro bono lawyers to force their wishes to be followed. They have only very recently done anything more than change their name.
