"Woman" caught with extreme animal porn collection

Wendy Jones, 54, could be seen celebrating as she left Liverpool Crown Court, where it was revealed she owned images of women having sex with horses, dogs and a pig, which she had been amassing for four years.
The court heard how Jones’ former partner, Kay Davies, reported her to the police after she showed her a photo of a young girl and and a man engaged in a sex act.
This is, of course, not a woman, but a transgender male, as the photos make evident. But if Jones is legally female, then their crimes will be added to the female statistics. And without the photos, there would have been no way to tell that Jones was transgender, as the article makes no mention of it.
How many sick, perverted crimes will be (and already are,) attributed to women, when they're actually committed by transgender males? And how is this right or fair? It makes me so furious Angry

The thing that confuses me the most is the disconnect between saying in one breath that trans women have a legitimate fear of.violence and must be protected and in the next, decrying women's fear of violence as unfounded prejudice.

I increasingly feel I'm living in 1984.

Gileswithachainsaw · 01/08/2017 09:34

Thatsbthr most confusing thing though isn't it. That no ones fighting to use the men's.

Do people who are transitioning to be a man do they fight to go to men's prison and use men's spaces?

Datun · 01/08/2017 09:32

Gileswithachainsaw

Male rape in prison is rife. Whatever you identify as. It should absolutely be addressed. And people who are most likely to be targets should be accommodated.

But the very last thing you should do is put them in a female prison. It says much about our society that it is even considered as an option.

Are women really held in such low esteem that the only solution to male on male violence is to demand women take the risk instead?

Gileswithachainsaw · 01/08/2017 09:19

Just what do you do with them though.i mean one blatantly is a man he will have full man parts you can't put him in a women's prison.

Someone like kellie Maloney though I mean I guess if she was in for drugs or shop lifting it would be one thing butbshe strangled the wife she's violent and was once an adult make her build is such that she's still bigger and stronger than alot of women but having had the sugery shes not safe n a man's prison either.

Someone in kellie's position I mean anyone really if they told me they had change their name and were living as a women id call them what they asked me too. I'd not do anything g but treat them as id treat anyone else. If people want to surgically alter their bodies that's up to them and no judgement from me on that.

But I can't say I'd be happy sharing a cell with someone who had been violent and was twice my size after living as a man most their life...

Where do they go.

pepperminttaste · 01/08/2017 09:13

Bloody hell. I have to naively admit that I didn't realise the stats were already being skewed.

How the fuck is this being allowed to happen?

YetAnotherSpartacus · 01/08/2017 08:40

*He added: "The guidelines tell me that after a trial, the maximum I could sentence you to would be 12 months in prison. Because of your guilty plea, I have to lower that to eight months.

"If you were imprisoned, you would serve only half of that before being released on license. You would be behind bars for only four months.

"That is a waste of time*

I think the above is a general statement re the laxity of child pornography sentencing guidelines generally - not just because the accused is trans, though (???). I do get the complexity of sentencing the accused to a prison term given their gender identity.

MineKraftCheese · 01/08/2017 08:26

Wow, that "Kira" story is so enraging. It's so angering that it's difficult to put into words.

That's the genius of it.

I feel really angry and upset that the judge's hands were so tied. I don't get it.

The poor poor vulnerable abused innocent little children matter less than the feelings of this man. I can't get my head around it. If you commit a crime you commit a crime. What does transitioning have to do with it?

Need to go and look into this Kellie Mahoney strangulation stuff now. I wasn't aware. Sad

Gingernaut · 01/08/2017 07:19

My question would be when did he start 'identifiying as a woman'?

Before or after he was arrested?

Also, his defence brief painted a picture of a pitiful creature who was in amd out of hospital and had problems with his chronic alcoholism, his shoulder couldn't move properly - he doesn't appear to have such problems in the pictures.

Did he 'identify as a woman' in order to look as mentally ill as possible?

Did he 'identify as a woman' as he thought he'd get a lighter sentence?

And why, when he's 'identified as a woman', is he living as a man?

This is a travesty of common sense and justice and I would really like to see someone refer this case upwards as being too lenient.

noeffingidea · 01/08/2017 07:03

It's blatantly obvious that people like this are taking the piss, in the hopes of receiving a lighter sentence, or being placed in a woman's prison. How thick would you have to be to fall for it?
The annoying thing is that Maria Miller has been warned about this, by criminal psychologists. She's chosen to ignore those warnings.

MaryTheCanary · 01/08/2017 06:52

How do you know whether this person is a male-to-female trans or female-to-male trans? How many women do you think are convicted of possession of extreme and violent porn collections? It would be really unusual behavior for a woman.

MissBax · 01/08/2017 06:41

I thought I couldn't get angrier, and the just read the PP about ANOTHER one!! Come on, what can we do? Write to our MP's (would they actually take notice)?/protest? There must be something we can do - when I talk about these things to people in RL I know they think I'm transbashing and I want them to understand the severity of it!

Ereshkigal · 01/08/2017 00:08

Miller is either a very foolish person who is unaware of the consequences, or doesn't care about the consequences for women

Both I'd say.

DJBaggySmalls · 31/07/2017 23:44

QuentinSummers As an exercise, google;
Man told court he was under stress
Woman told court she was under stress

user95 · 31/07/2017 22:56

It's a man and that is that. People are born biologically male or female and no amount of surgery etc will change that fact. Even brain chemistry works differently between a male and female irregardless of genitals. This story is sickening, whether it was a male or female but clearly, in this instance, it is a male. What is actually happening to the world? When will this stop?! It's gone way way to far. Apparently this falls under the category of equal rights, well I'm sorry but this is far from equal. How much more should we endure?!

Fluffypinkpyjamas · 31/07/2017 22:37

HE should be shot.Sickening.

QuentinSummers · 31/07/2017 22:25

dj What is it with these trans women using the stress of their transgenderism as a reason to behave like the very worst kind of man? Yuck.

BirdBandit · 31/07/2017 22:12

What I want despite reason and evidence seems to be bang on trend right nowSmile.

Miller is either a very foolish person who is unaware of the consequences, or doesn't care about the consequences for women. Maybe she doesn't identify as a women so doesn't think this will affect her?

PencilsInSpace · 31/07/2017 22:03

I can only hope that Miller is cleverly working for women by trying to expose this issue. By making it news so there is debate, and the pop can reach peak trans sooner.

That is one weird theory.

BirdBandit · 31/07/2017 21:55

I can only hope that Miller is cleverly working for women by trying to expose this issue. By making it news so there is debate, and the pop can reach peak trans sooner.

That's the only way I can understand an educated woman being for this gender identity law change.

But thats an optimistic and futile hope, it can't happen if newspapers etc are misreporting and misrepresenting women.

OneFlewOverTheDodosNest · 31/07/2017 21:44

That's sickening - I'm appalled that these crimes are being attributed to women and will be distorting the figures.
What fucking guidelines would prevent this man from being locked up?

DJBaggySmalls · 31/07/2017 21:14

Theres another one today;

''A sickened judge has blasted sentencing guidelines which prevented him from locking up a paedophile found with a monstrous hoard of child abuse videos and images.
Police discovered the vile videos and images on a disc and memory stick owned by Kira Leverton on November 15 last year.
When arrested, Leverton, of Stone Hill, East Stoke, Stoke-sub-Hamdon, near Yeovil, told police "It's a girl thing. I like them ages six and up."

www.somersetlive.co.uk/news/somerset-news/woman-sentenced-images-child-sex-256657

As with Jones, this will be recorded as a crime committed by a woman.
'Women' as a sex are supposed to be a protected class under the Equality Act, but clearly this is no longer the case.

fruitlovingmonkey · 31/07/2017 20:33

What a vile man.
Miller is a traitor. I was so pleased to see her taken down in the Times and it read like a mumsnet thread.

IamNotDarling · 31/07/2017 20:22

She is probably being advised by transgender activists. I'm so Angry about this.

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 · 31/07/2017 19:09

So who is Maria that she gets to decide that these things are recorded under gender rather than sex

Does she have no one with a brain to advise her
