Collecting for Women's Refuge

I want to ask all my colleagues
For toiletries/sanitary products etc to donate to local refuges. I'm not actually sure how I'd go ahead and approach this. Has anyone done this? Who would I ring?

I found the contact details for the local woman's aid office online and emailed them with a list of what I had to donate they emailed back with what they could take and where they accept donations on which days.

Yes, contact your local WA group and ask what they need, if anything. Not all groups now run refuges (funding cuts) and many don't have storage space for donations either.

I would have thought women's aid will have information regarding refuges in your local area and who to contact re donations. presuming u r in the uk.
