'Our England' has far more men than women. Who knew??

Disclaimer: I don't buy or read this paper, we got a free promo copy through the door. On the front cover is a collage of famous figures with 'this is our England' stamped proudly under it.

Oh we got a copy, apparently Britain only has about 3 people who aren't white too.

ALso who is the one with the pixelated face? It was like they do for pedophiles, and that's to get the UK the World cup? Confused

I tore our copy up in a rage after reading the shite comment about how most women are only interested in football because they fancy Cristiano Ronaldo (BOAK) and don't understand the offside rule. Angry Will be posting back the ripped up pieces to their freepost address Grin

I was about to start a thread wondering why 87 of the 118 people who define England are chaps and four are animations or made from plasticine. Gah! Even the fictional females are underrepresented.

I shall use the coke voucher as the kids like doing the experiment with mentos.

One of my friends is posting back a roofing tile, wrapped in the copy of the Sun of course.

I will be posting mine back as well - I want this disgraceful stunt to cost them as much as possible. Whilst I fully sympathise with the people of Liverpool and their objection to the country's politicians being photographed with this rag, it is too narrow to say they are the only group offended by this endorsement.

I have sent back to the freepost address AND complained to the ASA - this is an advert for The Sun with an objectifying sexualised image on page 3. Posted through my door with no regard as to whether children will open it up and see it.

Very interested to see what the ASA say!

We got our free copy today. Kelly Brook in her knickers. Apparently she's the number 1 English rose because she is sexy and knows it but portrays innocence. What does that imply fgs. That's not the exact wording but you get the idea. Wankers.
