Actually I specifically remember having 2 opposing views on 2 different threads regarding depression and children being taken away. It depends on the circumstances of the person. Infact many people have stated themselves they regret getting help for depression whilst pregnant etc. Have you had depression yourself?

It sounds like she merely presumed most posters on here had the same experiences as her, ie never suffered from misogyny.

Also different people see different things as misogynistic or not. For example many women wouldn't see whistling from men in the street as misogynistic, others would. Its likely she has experience misogyny but just didn't see it as such, maybe she only sees rape and physical violence as 'misogyny'.

So you agree with the poster who said that:

• People posting their experiences on the hashtag are "jumping on the bandwagon"
• She guarantees that they have not experienced the things they are posting ie they are lying
• That if women everywhere "truly believe (they) are equal to men then it (violence etc) can't affect (them)
• That only (women's) inferiority complex gives men power over (them)
