22 yo man murders 7 people as revenge for women not sleeping with him.

"Why are girls sexually attracted to obnoxious, brutish men instead of sophisticated gentlemen such as myself?"

22Honey - you need to do some reading on the subject you so readily spew forth on... you are a young woman whose experiences are, and have been, taken seriously on here. However, you also need to accept other women's lived experiences on here should be taken seriously too.

You are not the only woman to have ever experienced these things. You seem to believe that we have all been living in a protective veil of nunneries or academia or something, and have never experienced the same things as you. Think again.

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 28/05/2014 01:53

Thanks, MrsTP. 22Honey is like a loose cannon on these threads. Spewing a load of stuff from her own experience - without ever considering that women on these threads may actually have their own experiences too. Many women who are regular posters on GWR are rape victims/domestic violence victims. exited prostitutes...

But only her experiences are valid?? Hmm

MrsTerryPratchett · 28/05/2014 01:45

Sabrina, so sorry.

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 28/05/2014 01:34

You are not missing anything, MrsTP.

22Honey, I'm a rape victim, and middle class all my life. Money and class didn't protect me.

Yes, you should shut up. Not because you are a woman and working class - but because you are spouting insulting crap. And because you accused me of something I didn't do/say on that prostitution thread. And you don't care and you didn't apologise.

MrsTerryPratchett · 28/05/2014 01:19

I'd just like to bring it back...

22 yo man murders 7 people as revenge for women not sleeping with him. Unless I am missing something, poverty was not a factor in this but misogyny certainly was.

A 25 year old mother of 3 has more experience of motherhood than a childless 38 year old.

I could go on, but I wont.....

22honey · 28/05/2014 01:08

'a lot of women on this board have had a much longer experience of sexism '

It is really, really, truly incorrect to suggest that because a woman is older she has more experience in anything at all. A mid 30s middle class woman in the UK has very very likely never experienced the level of sexism an 18 year old poverty stricken woman in India has.

Night

22honey · 28/05/2014 00:48

ANyfucker you are extremely insulting to presume because you are middle class and older than me that I should shut up, smile and listen to everything you say.

How very classist, ageist and patronizing.

22honey · 28/05/2014 00:46

'you seem to be under the impression that "radicalised MN feminists" hate all men'

they are the very ones using 'all men' statements all the time. If they didn't think badly of all men they'd say 'many' 'some' or even 'most'.

22honey · 28/05/2014 00:44

WHenthered you dont need to explain to me what a male ally to feminism is, I'm not stupid.

22honey · 28/05/2014 00:44

How could I be a random poster from another site, I tend to post on the pregnancy part as I'm having a baby soon.

I don't need to justify my reasons for posting online no more than any older woman does, how strange.

MrsTerryPratchett · 28/05/2014 00:42

The essays are bad enough

AnyFucker · 28/05/2014 00:37

Indeed. How embarassing it would be to look back at it now Smile

MrsTerryPratchett · 28/05/2014 00:36

I'm just glad I did all my youthful pontificating offline.

AnyFucker · 28/05/2014 00:31

in fact, I get the feeling that if I were to search your user name on google, I might find you getting egged on by your "friends" on certain other sites to get a rise out of the uptight middle class mummies

yes, again, you should be highly insulted

if you are anywhere near the strongly opiniated (but sadly misguided) youngster who simply has a bit of growing up to do, I hope you will take this as a bit of friendly (and middle class mumsy) advice

honey, you are making stuff up

just because the term "male ally to feminism" has only just been used on this thread does not mean that all of the posters on here aren't aware of their existence

you seem to be under the impression that "radicalised MN feminists" hate all men

it's a very basic error, and buys into MRA bullshit

does it ever occur to you to examine the actual posters that pipe up to agree with some of your more dramatic statements ?

they are very often first time posters, have funny names with numbers on the end, post a few times and then strangely disappear, can be found on other threads being rather creepy (seeing a pattern here...?)

honey, you remind me of one of those desperate women that post in support of men on male-dominated websites that slag off women (especially white middle class women that won't sleep with them). I am sure you will be highly insulted by that, and you should be

22honey · 28/05/2014 00:20

WhentheRed, I think its the other feminists on this board that need to hear that. Generalizations against 'all men' are rife on this board so its nice to hear that atleast someone knows of male 'allies' to feminism.

I wouldnt be surprised if some posters on this thread were shocked there are men whose thoughts and beliefs amount to feminist standards.

22honey · 28/05/2014 00:18

You cant get more victim-dom than claiming middle class women in the UK are vulnerable. A ridiculous notion if ever there was one.

'You need to ask yourself why childcare is not valued as work Honey. Who decided that bringing up the next generation didn't need paying?'

there are plenty of women on mumsnet that love nothing more than berating poor women that 'get paid' (in the form of benefits) for childcare.

happybubblebrain · 28/05/2014 00:10

The who knows the most about feminism award goes to ..... Honey.

The who is the biggest victim award goes to ..... Honey - mostly for her contributions to being working class,.

Congratulations, you win. Sorry, what was the thread about again?

scallopsrgreat · 27/05/2014 23:44

My comment was in response to your post of 23:14 where you state that men are more likely to be assaulted than women (not taking into account sexual assault of course)
