Samantha says she's proud of being a 'trophy wife'

Samantha Brick is now claiming that her role as a "Trophy Wife" is wonderful and fulfilling.

"know my place in the home ? in the bedroom and kitchen I?m a consummate professional" professional what? what is she trying to infer? Why are the mail encouraging this women in her quest to..........?

Why is the mail not being challenged on the fact they are printing pages of sexist horse shite which they then market as "FEMAIL" as though women need to be told to slap on the lippy and get back in the kitchen. I even detest the term Femail, why?

Oh, she has her own career and income. So she's not a trophy wife. Her DH, just doesn't value her, apart from her looks.

As you can see from my OP, I am dumbfounded, stuck for words, so irritated by it.

Are they using this poor misguided women? Is she a poor misguided women? Or is she trying any which way to make a name for herself.

FFS, I couldn't get past the first paragraph.

I sometimes (on rainy mornings when I don't want to get up for work) imagine being a "trophy wife" would be nice. I would be beautiful and would be married to someone really weatlty, who gave me a huge amount to spend on what I pleased. I would accompany my husband to the Opera, and look lovely at all times. (Think Gabby Solice)

OK, have read further He is a decade older than me and unashamedly tells people he chose me for my looks.

Read more: Apparently her DH chose her for her looks. Not personality. Bet that makes her feel really great. Especially as she, is distinctly average looking. Confused

I know its rather unfeminist and flippant to say it but she might dress a bit more attractively if she didn't let her DH get so involved in her outfit choice.

Ummm because it is the Mail perchance ?

Because it generates lots of discussion and website traffic and because Liz Jones has gone so far over the edge they need another woman who patently hates other women without appearing to be a complete nut job (although not succeeding too well on that front)

I'm not sure that anyone is taking her seriously so I shouldn't worry too much.
