I've been flashed by three seperate flashers. When I went to watch my dad play cricket I often got bored and asked to sit in the car and listen to Abba. A man used to come and flash (and probably thinking back now) wank in front of me. Can't remember how many times. I told my Dad about it and he said 'just look away'. I put my head under the dashboard and hid until he had gone. Pretty hideous now thinking about it.
Was flashed at from the top of a metro escalator in Stuttgart, I was coming up the stairs, walked calmly down and got out at other exit. Also in Stuttgart (must be rife in Germany) was flashed at and then followed in Aldi, man had willy out behind a stack of shelves. Told a shop assistant and they told him to get out. "Du Wichser" (you wanker) Great...

only once, fairly recently. I was sitting in a traffic jam absent mindedly looking in to a window above a shop. It was middle of the day in midweek, so I suppose I could reasonably have expected the people who lived there to be at work. I saw a shape moving around but could't quite work it out because of reflections and light bouncing off it. Then I realised it was a block, stark bollock naked, laughing and waggling his nob around at me. He could obviously see me long before I could see him.

Ridiculous twat!

Me and my friend used to get flashed at a lot when we were about 9/10, usually in the park. Such a strange thing for grown men to do to children, I hope it doesn't happen so much now.
I cant remember if we ever told our parents.

When I was a teenager I was sitting on the back seat of the nearly empty bus home, a man sat two seats in front and started masturbating, looking at me over his shoulder. Luckily he got off after a couple of stops, I was pretty shaken and very angry by the time I got home
