A petition and letter of complaint has been handed to owner John O'Toole, decrying his bakery's choice of title: Nice Baps.

Am I uptight and odd to be uncomfortable with this. My problem is I'm not very good expressing myself but...
it feels like theyre saying its ok to make womens breasts something you can comment on because it's ok it's only a joke

Can't see a butcher selling "large cocks" going down a storm. Nope you are right. Just tell her, if it was iced buns being marketed with "look at all the creamy white stuff on the top of our long dogs" it wouldn't be that funny.

If someone feels offended they have a right to complain. It may be 'only a joke' but the joke's on you isn't it? Every time you walk past the shop you get a little reminder of the kind of attitude you're supposed to put up with.

By the way I dfind the shopkeeper's name - John O' Toole - strangely appropriate...
