I need an easy, uplifting book- please help

I am exhausted and am taking myself off for a few days in a week or two. I need a well written, page turner with no cancer, work conflict or sadness.

I picked up The Keeper of Lost Things recently in a charity shop and really enjoyed it. I’ve been struggling to get back into reading recently and it was an easy and uplifting read for me.
