50 Bookers 2025 Meet Up

Just setting up a chat to firm up plans for a Southern meet up and a Northern meet up.

Lets see who is interested, then firm up locations and dates.

I know there are a few of us who want to come but might not be able to make it, so no judgement at all for those who decide nearer the time that they can’t make it. Hope to meet some of you this year!

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. We are heading north tomorrow to see my husband's friend, and staying for a couple of nights. It's the right thing to do at this point in his treatment plan; later might be more difficult for him. Sorry to miss you all and will do my very best to be there next time!
Hope your DH is on the mend soon @Terpsichore and wishing you all a brilliant time 😊

No, you're not being heartless. He will be okay for a while. And he can call you if needed, though hopefully not ;)
Worst case scenario, you have to go back a bit earlier.

Am I being heartless?! I feel totally exhausted tbh as he can barely do anything, so I have to do ALL the cooking, shopping, driving, everything round the house….seeing you lot on Saturday is the only thing keeping me going 😂

Thanks for asking, Cornish! He’s ambulatory, though pretty hampered and still in a fair bit of pain - but I’m definitely going to press onwards; I've told him I’m going out for the day! I think as long as I leave everything he needs within easy reach…..😬

Hi all
I'm still not sure whether I can make it or not. We are moving house very soon and life has been hectic, but I was hoping to nip down for the day .. now my husband's close friend who is seriously ill has said he'd like us to visit and that has become a priority. Trying my best to fit everything in .. if I don't make it, wishing you all a lovely day 😊

Looking forward to seeing some of you. I had to provide card details for lunch, but they said they o my charge if we don’t turn up at all, so as long a few of us rock up we are all good.
