Oh and Ann Cleeves' Shetland series of course

I’ve never even watched the Shetland series. I wish there was something set in Orkney. Also, Aberdeen and Edinburgh. North East. Read something about ‘bible john.’ Was there a possibility he was Tobin. Worlds end killer? I enjoy reading factual mixed with 10% fiction for drama.

Ian Rankin, great writing and so very very Edinburgh. Might be obvious but I think he's good.

Plump82 · 12/03/2024 05:46

Alan Parks series is good. I'm in the middle of Bloody January.

Any McIlvanney? Makes a change from the obvious Rankin.
