Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.......

It is known that two characters are going to die.

First - Harry is going to die. (Harry is a Horcrux and after finshing Voldemort will have to ask Ron or Hermione to kill him.)

Second Voldemort will die.

So who do you think will die? ...

I think the Lily stuff was the stuff with Snape in the Pensieve and the fact that she didn't always like james very much .
I thought it was specifically the colour of his eyes that was significant.

harry cannot possibly be killed off........its obsurd,do u really think she is going to let v live????????is she going to end the book of all books with the hero dying???????????

mmmmmm-it's a theory.

i am so intrigued by what significance harrys eyes will have.

i am rereading ootp in order to try and pick up on the important thing apparently revealed about lily..but no luck yet!

If he is, which I am not betting on either, then he wont have done the whole thing by accident but meant to use Harry's death to creat on in something else. He transfered his powers to Harry by accident so why not transefing the horcrux spell to him by accident??

i am going to lay fown my bet and say that harry isn't a horcrux.

i just can't see it myself.

it's a very complex piece of magic -not one that can be done my accident i don't think.

i think you cast the spell then kill, then it makes it. so if he'd done it then it back fired, which has never happened before, then it crated one in him by accident along with the transfer of powers such as parseltongue.
If it duid happen I doubt V would have been aware, and so doesn't realise that by killing Harry he'll destroy a horcrux, after all DD said he isn't aware when one is destroyed.

horcrux is complex.

but does make sense

but can you accidentally create one? (i suppose he could have been in the habit of it by then)

or perhaps he'd intended to all this time

but if harry is his horcrux, why would he keep trying to kill him? That is not sensible behaviour.

i am looking forward to this coming out but even more am looking forward to the background notes type book a la tolkein that will come out next

Some of us on the other thread were wondering if V might have been planning to make a horcrux with Harry's death, but when the curse rebounded on him, that he accidently turned him into one instead.
I'm not convinced but it would be a reason why harry had to die.

I seriously think Harry is a Horcrux. But if there is a way in which he could destroy the Horcrux in him, and STILL live, then I would welcome it.

He's in love with Ginny and he feels like part of the Weasley family. With V dead (and he will die and he will know he's going to die I think) there is no reason for him not to be with Ginny.

He's going to DIE. After all, what is the point in living when everyone you were closest to is dead? And then, even if you lived, can you imagine how f'd up your love life would be? 'I can't let myself get close to anyone, because it's a death sentence.' That's why he broke up with Ginny in the first place.

Ginny might snuff it, too.

She said on Jonathon Ross it was going to be a bloodbath. Lots of in-depth discussion of who will kark it and who will survive on the 'Obsessed with HP' thread, but essentially Harry will live, marry Ginny, be the first Internationl Quidditch player to be Hogwart's Headmaster and have twin girls and a boy, all with red hair and green eyes.
