'I know who killed him.'

Could these few words, posted on a notice board in an exclusive girls' boarding school, be Detective Stephen Moran's passport to the Murder Squad?

We’re really excited to be giving away 300 copies of The Secret Place this week. Beautifully written and drenched in suspense, we haven't been able to stop talking about this book here at MNHQ.

Click here to find out more, and apply for a copy.

This giveaway is sponsored by Hodder.

I have already started, it is quite gripping!
Unfortunately, it clashes with GBBO tonight and after that I seem to have mindlessly promise a night time walk to the DDs ... Already cold and twitchy, better not read any further for now!

MegTheCat · 13/08/2014 16:19

Thanks for choosing me! My book arrived today and I've signed up to twitter so I could tweet it as per the email -hope it worked.
I'm meant to be on holiday next week in Wales so it will give me something to do when it rains.

Mine arrived today too. Packaging was great, very thick book though (eek!). Hopefully will start it within the next couple of days.

Thank you very much

Thanks for my copy which I received this morning. Is there a deadline date to post my review as I'll be away until 28 Aug and I don't think I can fit this heavy book into my cabin luggage! Looks good though - can't wait to read it.

laurano81 · 12/08/2014 14:34

I have been notified that I too will be getting a copy! Yay! Can't wait to start reading it! Nothing better than snuggling up with a good book, especially as the weather has been so horrid!
