Or Stephanie from lazytown.

Enid · 07/09/2006 10:10

god no that lola voice irritates me

I like peppa though (too young for polly)

Enid · 07/09/2006 10:09

all child actors rubbish though

the only good ones are american (dakota fanning)

it would be the producers dd anyway

JackieNo · 07/09/2006 10:09

The little girl who does the voice of lola for Polly? No idea what she looks like though.

Yes - withnail would be good.

Enid · 07/09/2006 10:08

deffo Withnail

Enid · 07/09/2006 10:07

or bill nighy

JackieNo · 07/09/2006 10:07

So who can do an urbane facade but a bit innocent/stupid underneath? Maybe Alan Rickman could. Bill Nighy? Too old maybe.

Enid · 07/09/2006 10:07

withnail then

Beetroot · 07/09/2006 10:06

oh hello...I don't know the book sadly otherwise I would

What about Gambon?

Polly would have to cast by girlfactor..the public would vote

actually my daughter woudl be perfect so maybe we could just have her!

Enid · 07/09/2006 10:06

dd3 has middle name Polly in homage

Alan rickman's too intelligent to be the wolf, surely. How about Timothy Spall? (not that he's not intelligent - quite the reverse).

katierocket · 07/09/2006 09:14

It is a great book. DS loves it.

FrogBellyRatBone · 06/09/2006 21:58

Thanks for the recommendation Cod - have just this minute bought a copy off ebay for £1.99 inc postage

JackieNo · 06/09/2006 21:34

Oh bother - try this instead - but it's got some non-Polly/wolf books that I tried to refine the search and get rid of. Scroll down...
