Peachy, I have thought about this and been meaning to do something for a while about you (poor thing) not getting books.

If everyone who was in on this could post here with what book they currently have, I could perhaps make some semblance of who is still taking part etc.

I have Empress Orchid at the moment.

It's been a long, long time since I got any books and I think the ones I posted last got lost. Actually have ceased to use that post office, everything seems to get lost.

Does anyone want me to add another book to the thing or just let it lie? Happy to do either.

bresha · 30/11/2006 15:56

Next posting after Christmas is ok with me, iv not had one for a while either
Is every one still doing this or has there been loads of people drop out?

kipper22 · 30/11/2006 14:31

sounds good to me - not had a book here for a while

nikkie · 27/11/2006 20:37

I'm Ok with that ,will get more time to read when I am off for Xmas anyway

kickassangel · 27/11/2006 20:17

WWB, let me know when you post again, & i'll keep you informed.

UCM - yep, after christmas good for me! i'm tired, ill & stressed. too much work, not enough time!

We can leave next posting until after Xmas if everyone wants.

WWB The post people around here don't seem to be bale to cope with counting to 1! We frequently get the wrong post. Most people are quite friendly & just drop it in, but if it went to the wrong street/village, could have been a problem.
Don't worry, i'm half way through something i'm reading for work, and usually get throught books in a couple of days, so not a problem.

kipper22 · 22/11/2006 19:57

I've seen the picture, mars! I quite understand that you were to busy having a good time!

WigWamBam · 22/11/2006 12:33

KAA, I sent yours out in time ... and it came back to me this morning marked Return To Sender! No reason why, so I assume it was delivered to the wrong address or something (I did put the right address on it, honest!)

Will post it again tomorrow.

nikkie · 21/11/2006 19:35

What is the next date?

PeachyClair · 21/11/2006 19:04

PP, I did send it honestly

So sorry it must have got lost

Ia lso haven't hd one for ages, would you like another popped over? No problems if so

mars, I'm guessing you didn't achieve the impossible? don't worry, neither did I! mine were in the post by the end of last week though, hope they arrive soon.

PanicPants · 20/11/2006 19:46

Still haven't received any books so have been unable to send ant onto you Bresha

I'll pop one of my own into the post this week for you.

kickassangel · 15/11/2006 22:16

i can't believe some of the problems with the post. i thought ours was bad, as we often have to hand deliver to our neighbours, but only a small amount goes missing, and never parcels! i think that collectively we could calim nearly £100 of the gpo for their late & lost parcels! there are some books i'd like to read from this, but they may well have gone missing. oh well, could always just head down to the library.

nikkie · 15/11/2006 22:03

I haven't done nay as I didn't get some of the books.Although last times finally arrived today(dated ages ago & open )so I may catch up

kickassangel · 15/11/2006 21:57

have we all stopped doing reviews? i enjoyed finding out what people thought of the various books. i know it's a little time consuming, but do like to hear all your thoughts.

nikkie · 15/11/2006 20:30

Will email you!

bumbleweed · 15/11/2006 18:54

could anyone email me the address list (cant locate) so I can post my book onto nikkie missing out franny and boris as requested
