your favourite ever kids book

Our Twitchy - It is the BEST kids book ever. very funny, brings a tear to your eye, has a lovely message, beautifully illustrated. just fantastic. bet you can't beat it.

I love 'The Tiger who came to Tea'. I love the sureal quality of it, and I love the 60s decor and the cups and plates. I also love the fact that she keeps her nightie on to go out for tea!!

My boys love 'Where the wild things are' - I think that still appeals to small boys.

Pumpkin Soup and The Baby who wouldn't go to bed" both by Helen cooper. Lovely illustrations. Nice text to read out loud.

Stig of the dump is great and The Faraway tree stories.

The Children of Greene Knowe is a lovely one that I remember from my childhood.

So many great books out there!

I have loads of favourites. But if I had to pick one, it would be
the Time it took Tom
Nothing deep and meaningful, or heartwarming or anything. Just very very funny.
