Musttidyup - I've already sent you another book so it should be with you in a day or two (depending on snow). Tons of snow here - v pretty! Would be nice to curl up by the fire with a good book

Haribojoe · 04/02/2012 19:09

Thanks Tilly whats's the betting two books turn up at once Smile.

Just starting to snow here, wondering if we'll wake up to a blanket of White, fingers crossed Grin

musttidyupmusttidyup · 04/02/2012 18:51

Snow here! Expecting more tonight. Welcome back kiwi glad you had a good trip.
stinky don't worry about me this month I'm ok for reading material - i'll fit back in next month.

kiwijesta · 04/02/2012 17:13

Ok I'm back! sorry I've been AWOL, have been completely Internetless for the last two months, had a good holiday too. Anyway, back to books, I'd asked Mr Kiwi to post my booking to clinging three weeks ago but he forgot so I posted it yesterday so she should have it today.
I'm due a book from rufus but if I've been taken off the list this month that's ok.

Does anyone have snow yet???

tillyfernackerpants · 04/02/2012 17:12

haribo I'll send you another book on Monday.

Haribojoe · 04/02/2012 12:18

Postman has been but no new book fir the mumsnetter of the house Sad shall I read something from my shelf and then post that on to rufus?

musttidyupmusttidyup · 03/02/2012 20:51

Grin Grin Grin

ElectricSoftParade · 03/02/2012 18:12

Just to remind you all I POSTED MINE ON TIME. Grin

Haribojoe · 03/02/2012 18:02

Didn't arrive today Tilly will update tomorrow to let you know if it has turned up! I posted mine to rufus last week and haven't heard anything, maybe there's a book clun Bermuda triangle at work Grin

tillyfernackerpants · 03/02/2012 16:43

haribo, has your book not arrived yet? I definitely posted it last Weds so that's a bit worrying!! If it hasn't arrived, I'll get another copy of it tomorrow and send it on, that way at least Swampy gets her book back in the end!

dinkystinky · 03/02/2012 14:17

I'll resign as clun fat controller if this carries on! For the sake of my mental health...

swampster · 03/02/2012 13:27

Send her War and Peace, Anna Karenina or a bit of light Dostoevsky - she deserves it!

Calico1 · 03/02/2012 13:12

OK musttidyup a new book will be sent to you tomorrow, it will be any old thing I find lying around worth waiting for.

I never knew reading could be so stressful.

Dinky go and have a little scream to yourself, you'll feel better for it.

Haribojoe · 03/02/2012 12:34

Am waiting to see if my book arrives today, if not do I sit this month out and hope that royal mail will get it right next month? Smile

swampster · 03/02/2012 12:13

Shock I was only following (old) instructions!

dinkystinky · 03/02/2012 11:05

Right......... Piebald, ESP has her name written in the front of it so just send ESP one without her name in it. The pants one sounds a good bet (Calico - silly Swampy sent to Pieblad instead of ESP)

Can someone - anyone - volunteer to send Calico a book to plug that gap?

Calico - would be lovely if you could chuck a book in musttidyup's direction

Calico1 · 03/02/2012 09:58

Piebald are you and ESP swapping books between you?

Dinky I imagine you are banging your head against a wall somewhere... but shall I chuck another book in musttidyup's direction to plug the gap?

piebald · 03/02/2012 09:26

I still have to post to ESP , she has posted to me so i am waiting to see which one she sent as i dont want to just send it straight back. I have Calicos book and one with pink pants on the front

musttidyupmusttidyup · 03/02/2012 06:29

Looking back at old posts she didn't seem sure who to send it to. She's not pm'd for my address so......

swampster · 02/02/2012 23:05

Pissing myself laughing at Calico's 'assume she is planning to open a book stall once all the clun's books have made it to her missing in action.'

acsec · 02/02/2012 21:18

Who has Clinging's address, could they drop her a real life note? Maybe she's not got internet atm and has forgotten about the clun?

AfternoonsAndCoffeespoons · 02/02/2012 18:56

Blush will send it tomorrow i promise.

tillyfernackerpants · 02/02/2012 18:08

I posted mine last week, on Weds, it should have got there by now

Calico1 · 02/02/2012 10:41

Musttidyup - I think you are also supposed to be getting a book from clingingtosanity too - she has two at the mo as I didn't get one last month either.....I have pm'ed her but no response as yet, so assume she is planning to open a book stall once all the clun's books have made it to her missing in action.

dinkystinky · 02/02/2012 10:02

Can those missing books pm their senders. Will look at how long I have to extend the reading period when we've all got books. Ta
