Inching my way through 'Wives and Daughters' by Mrs. Gaskell, also really enjoying 'The Mouse and his Child' by Russell Hoban which is fantastic. Anyone else read it? I am very excited to read it to my DDs but that won't be for another 3 years or so...

Astonishing Splashes of Colour, have had it for ages, bought it because of reviews on here, was put off reading it because of later reviews here but currently thoroughly enjoying it. It is beautifully written, can see why it was nominated for a Booker.

just finished A million little pieces by James frey fantastic book
also just finished Property by Valerie martin enjoyed it.

i read inconcievable last week, didnt really enjoy it. It was clever but I didnt like either character but I suppose that could have been the point.

Just about to start lost by Lucy Wadham dont know anything about it, picked it up at a flea market this morning.

Just finished Goodbye Dearest Holly (read it in less than 48 hours) and have jsut started Ben Elton's Inconceivable for about the 10th time!
