Do you delete your research quests ? I never do !

bigchris I delete most of them. I have over 500 spare rare candy so don’t need any more, and the majority of the Pokemon offered I don’t want.

So unless the quest provides the opportunity to get a shiny, I’ll probably delete it.

bigchris I definitely delete research if I don't want the reward! I'll probably clear them all in advance of clamperl day (depending on what I've got). That being said I've got a kids' party so I probably won't get to join in at all!

High level raids for rare candy, you can get loads.

any tips to get rare candies ??

bigchris The best way to get rare candies are through raids and research quests. The higher the raid you do, the more rare candies you are likely to receive.

There are also several research quests around at the moment offering rare candies as a reward. Just spin every PokeStop you see to increase your chances of finding them.

Adventure sync hasn't been working, I didnt realise it wouldnt work with battery saver on. I know it should be obvious but I just didn't twig. lost this thread for ages too.

Does Clamperl evolve, if so how many times? Wondering how many we will need to get.

LumpySpacedPrincess Clamperl has two evolutions: Huntail and Gorebyss. Neither of them evolve.

However, which one you’ll get upon evolution is random.

They usually give you 3-4 days to do it. This is like 4 hours

Soubriquet Clamperl will be released into the wild after the event, so it doesn’t matter too much if you miss it.

boule I'm gin. Happy to wait until it's convenient to you. Struggling to ply much atm due to half term and a broken rib which means trying to get my phone out and guide dd way from things like lampposts whilst she's playing is hard. Not sure if you have a gift from me or not yet to wait on but I can send you one over when I get one if you need. That said I may have one from you right now and I'll not touch it!

The official Pokemon site have confirmed the evolution in Go is random, Wailmer.

"The Bivalve Pokémon has two potential Evolutions—Huntail and Gorebyss—but you won't know which of the two Pokémon your Clamperl will become until its Evolution is complete."
