In the space of 5 minutes, DS1 just caught a shiny aerodactyl, then a shiny cp10 caterpie then hatched a shiny ghastly.

I'm going to get him to choose some lottery numbers.

The top level 40 trainer is our group just posted a WhatsApp video of him solo-ing a deoxys.
He had 119 seconds to spare.
And only used 3 and a half tyranitars.
They were all 98%, double dark, and had 3,800+ CP, just incase anyone here fancied trying it too.

I caught a Bronzor yesterday, never seen this one before even as a shadow, so nice to something new for a change as it’s bedn getting a bit boring recently. I really liked doing the special research tasks so I think I’m missing those really. It’s just no fun waiting for a cubone ...

Sorry for the lack of gifts for people on my friends list. Haven't got to many stops lately. I'm off Thursday so will be doing a few laps round the town centre to hit stops and hatch eggs

I was only out for an hour today, still building up stamina after being ill over Xmas. Still not fully back to normal but getting there slowly.

Got 2 shiny Totodile, 1 of which is now a 76% Feraligatr and also caught another 100% Totodile, meaning that's now 3 in total, 2 of which have been evolved into Feraligatr. I caught 45 Totodile in the hour, making 147 caught and had 7 flee.

Hopefully next weekend I'll be fit enough to complete the whole 3 hours.

For those of you who wanted a list of names, I have set people's nicknames as their Mumsnet names as often as I can... It's not failsafe, but I think I have about 65% of people on my friends list!!

I caught about six shinies but the highest IV was 58%... It was a level 35, so I evolved it anyway for my gym team! I play very rurally so have favourited a few shiny/interesting Pokémon for putting into gyms, as they quite often stay there for 1-2 months!! Don't want to risk losing something I need for that long. And I quite often max out on Pokémon in gyms, which is annoying, but then again it's a very unusual day when I don't get 50 coins out of some gym somewhere, so it's swings and roundabouts!

Wild miltank, wild bronzong shadow and DS1 caught one of those fishy mothy things that we've only ever seen as distant shadows, on the way home. I was already engrossed in an abra, when it spawned, so I missed it.

Hi everyone, thanks for all the level-ups

Also an apology to my entire friends list for the lack of gifts. I used to travel to work on public transport and spin loads of stops en route pretty much daily but, as of this week, I have a new job which is rural and so I’ll be getting to very few stops during the week. I will try to stock up at weekends though.

A very successful community day here, I evolved 3 high IV Feraligators and caught a fair few shinies. The highlight was this beauty though, my first ever Unown you should’ve seen the masses of people running for it when it was spotted on nearby!

Totodile Community Day Statistics and Analysis

I caught nine shinies (84%, 84%, 73%, 72%, 62%, 43%, 37%, 36% and 27%) three which I evolved to shiny Feraligatr, one to shiny Croconaw, and the other two stayed as shiny Totodile.

Before the event my personal stats were

XP: 20,273,343
Dust: 3,446,970
Totodile Seen: 57
Totodile Caught: 45

After the event my personal stats are

XP: 20,651,613
Dust: 3,559,611
Totodile Seen: 243
Totodile Caught: 218

I gained 378,270 XP
I gained 112,641 dust
I saw 186 Totodile
I caught 173 Totodile
13 Totodile ran

I caught 0.96 Totodile per minute as I was out for the three hours, which is pretty good!

Very happy with my shinies and my high IV 92%, 91% and two 89% regular ones

Maybe we could all agree a battle time like we do with eggs and then try people then? I'm usually around at 6pm as it's kids dinner time. Or 10.30am for baby nap time.

We only got 2 shinies today one of which got evolved of course. And I am now level 38- 3 million xp till 39! I will still be slogging when I am 50.

I wish they had an icon telling who is online for battles. The current system of just clicking on random friends and hoping one is available sucks.
