Wah! I have hit a Special Quest roadblock - need to trade a Pokemon. I don’t know anyone who plays IRL to do this. How have others got round this?

kalinkafoxtrot45 There isn’t a way to get round it. You’ll have to either meet someone off mumsnet, do some raids and meet local players in order to trade or create another account and level it up until you can trade.

I don't think I'll be able to do it in the time limit, especially the 8 new pokestops as I'd need to make a special trip somewhere new. Rats!

My son went to bed before the event dropped. His older sister told him about it as she trekked to bed, so now he’s bouncing in his bed unable to access the game until tomorrow.

It’s 108 berries becaue Spiritomb was formed by 108 spirits that were trapped in an Odd Keystone. 108 is also Spiritomb’s Sinnoh dex number.

For curveballs I just rotate clockwise then chuck to the left edge of the screen 😂 I wasted about 50 balls trying to do one but once you get the action it’s dead easy. I do them all the time now as they’re more interesting 😀

Re excellent curveballs, legendaries are usually good, wailmer, ponyta, anything with a big initial circle.

So obvs I got mine on a whismur!
