Pokemon Go #10. See ya later Feralligator, in a while Totodile

Despite only really playing at the weekend due to working I'm now 180k through Level 31. Today I cheated somewhat. The M25 was stationary, so I opened the app and left it on. I had 8 eggs cooking and between junctions 18 and 22 managed to hatch 7 of them. Mantine, 2x Exegcute, Krabby, Eevee, Togepi and Magby.

Congrats Abbey on reaching Level 30, and commiserations Spammy on not being able to log in.

On the screen where you can feed berries, you can change from razzberries to the others according to my local Facebook group.

is the suggestion that you can help to maintain the motivation of friendly pokemon belonging to other players, by feeding them berries, true? (sorry, have no way of testing this all, at the moment - our one village pokestop, a mile away, is still just a pokestop!)

WooWooSister That might change now the dynamics are different.

It's too early to tell yet, but at the moment we have several yellow gyms whereas before we were a town that fought between blue and red.

So you never know!

Thanks FreeNiki - there are hardly ever yellow gyms in our area so we rarely get the chance to add them but good to know it looks the same.

212 is the maximum pokedex possible without regionals and Pokemon not in the game yet, is that right?

If you're getting that from my post then no Grin It was midnight and my maths was off.

It should be 232 excluding all legendaries, regionals and Pokemon not yet in the game Smile

Woowoosister it is the samw icon to touch to add a pokemon but it's not in the same spot.

Top tip: When Pokemon are put in a gym, they're not at full motivation, so you need to feed them straight away to get them up to strength!

Does anyone know what level you have to be for raids?

No, but I think they're just keeping that message there for now because they said raids would be rolled out over a few weeks in different areas. So I presume cities will get it before towns etc.

Well, I'm Blue team and it's Razzberries. Can't speak for Red/Yellow though.

Yup, if there is a space free in your gym, you can put a Pokemon in.

We have a new gym that used to be a pokestop. It's less than 50 steps away from an original gym.
FreeNiki is the process different for adding a pokemon to a friendly gym or is it just the same?

Some new gyms round here- one in my vision view used to be a pokestop, now a gym and one whole new gym (right next to another one Hmm)

I've managed to get in 3 gyms but only managed to convince it to give me a badge for one so I'm hoping it registers that I'm in the other ones!

Fought my way back into the two local ones. Have had a g n t or would pop into the city and put myself into more. Hopefully there will be spaces tomorrow. Think it may be harder to take down gyms now - certainly will change the potions I want to keep.

No coins :(

We ran round and took 5 gyms local to us but I doubt we'll last for long. Are there no pokecoins now for being in gyms? We found we could put the CP up by feeding them a berry after we put them in the gym - is that instead of pokecoins?

A mad dash and I'm in two big gyms. I put in 3000+ garydsos's but their CP was downgraded when I put them in. Confused. I've no idea what happens now!
