The amount of Prestige gained by training at a friendly Gym has been lowered.
No shit! Used a lot of lives to get my Rapidash into the gym near work today. Only had to raise it from 4 to 5, and the dial barely moved.

I've trained in a gym today and it took me quite a few goes to increase it by 3k and open a space. Haven't fought in any as had to find time to eat during my lunch break Grin

Apparently it's twice as easy to yake a gym down now and twice as hard to train it up. All very well but there are v few gums here which aren't red.

Just checked and been booted from the gym I joined today. Ah well, hoping I can hang on in the other for a couple of hours so I can get some coins. :)

Nothing much going on here today, a whole mess of jigglypuffs (enough to evolve!!) But not a lot else.

How many km do you need to walk poliwag and bellsprout for candy?

Got reluctant kids out for a walk and took a gym that I will be able to claim on tomorrow first thing and restocked at stops. Lost one of my long standing gyms too today though so will have to boot the sorry arcanine out of it on the way to work tomorrow!

I got the 'try again later' message on a few pokestops on the bus today and couldn't understand it, now I do.

Got myself and DD into the same two gyms, and we've both got our first coins. Now counting down the hours until my second lot. LOL! Typically, just when I'd got enough Jigglypuff candy to evolve a Wigglytuff, I caught one this morning. And then this afternoon I got my first Bulbasaur, only 14CP but at least it's another in the Pokedex. Now on got 87 / seen 113. Oh, and my 5k egg hatched an Ekans, higher CP than any I've already got, so that was good too. :)

Productive day for me. Finally got enough candy to evolve to a Vileplume, and hatched a Doduo. Both new to my 'Dex! Wine

I caught another Kabuto. Second day running. This time it has 700CP so worth evolving.

I need 41 candies but will worry about that later Grin

That's a pity about the pokestops - wonder why they did that? Wonder if it's because of concerns of people driving & playing (rather than being a passenger)?

Is there a way to contact Niantic to complain??

I've not had any bonuses regarding first catch of the day?? Hopefully that'll start soon for us!

With no pokestops locally (nearest 2 are a mile away) the pokestop change will probably kill the game for us as we do most of our spinning on the bus.

I think this will be the case for a lot of us longtime. As I said once I've got all the ones I can evolve (working on last 2) I'm then depending on eggs to get my last 4. It will become impossible to get or do anything.

Damn Nutella as a passenger is one of my main means of getting pokestops in the city. I've only one within a mile of me here. Sad means my interest will wane when I have my venousaur and 142/142

That's pants re: locked Pokéstops - hitting them on my train journeys both makes dealing with SE Fail more bearable & lets me stock up on Pokéballs for when I'm then stuck at home for days. Boo you, Niantec, boo you...

Longtime I got the "try later" message and when I checked the journal it was not there so it's definitely blocked. Very annoying indeed. This meant I've missed out on 3 this morning but got the ones when traffic was stationary. Oh well.

I'll be popping out when DH gets home from work. I levelled up to 30 yesterday so I'm considering using my incense but toming it to start straight after a vomit as we've got a 1 hour gap at the moment (only bile leftEnvy)

Sailing - I have a DS off school with vomiting too - joys of the time of year. Am hoping he feels up to a walk later to restock on balls - would be miffed not to get my PokeStop bonus.

Rattata at 10 past (late-rude!) ran off for me and DS who is home from school with tummy pain and vomming.
DH also said he had lots of Try Again Later and that fighting up a gym was much harder.

If pokestops are speed blocked then that's the end of the road for me with the game. When I'm in pain with my chronic illness I am unable to walk so the only way I can get balls is to pick them up when I'm a passenger in a car. What a shame.
