Furtyferret I'd be thrilled with a Jynx from my almost hatched 10k egg. I've been seeing a silhouette to show one's around off and one for a week of the two weeks I've been playing, but I haven't actually managed to see one. Despite having caught about four for the kids before I started playing for myself.

I did evolve a second Charizard - pleased that it has a flight move as well as fire (my first one is just fire).

I am not totally sure when the event ends but hope it runs into Tuesday when I can get more charmanders for candy! I guess I will be harvesting them until the nest moves anyway but the speed of double candy has been super.

I got hugely excited for a few seconds earlier when I thought I saw a ditto pop up. Then I realised it was a small, ditto shaped pond .

I did however evolve a koffin into a weezing via buddy candy.

I had a brilliant day today, I am now the proud 'owner' of a Duduo, from a 5k egg, new addition to the Pokedex. A sodding Jynx from a 10k egg a caterpie from a 2k egg, & a Polliwag from a 5k egg! Sob!

However I caught enough Charmanders in Green Park to be able to evolve a Charmander & a Charizard, so all in all a brilliant day

I dont know whether to get some more Lapras candies. They havent been fed for weeks.

Or I have 63 abra candy and need 100 for the third evolve.

Only have 36 Squitle candy and need 100 or Blastoise

Only have 21 Bulbasaur candy and need 100 for Venusaur

I'm loving the event - I did a lucky egg evolve today, first time I ran out of egg before I ran out of evolutions to do

New today: gyarados, kabutops, machine, marawak, ninetails and electrode, An exceedingly good day - and I'm only 6 candy from evolving my nidorino and getting my first nidoking, too.

I've been pondering the same thing. Have 107 dratini candy now but really need 125. Once the bonus ends I'll never manage enough candy by walking. Was happy to catch one today but won't go into London for a couple of weeks now so do I carry on walking it or wait until I catch more? WWYD?

I'll hang on to my spare hitmonlee - maybe someone will swap it for a hitmonchan or Chansey where trading happens. They are the only two I can't get by buddying.

Not sure which one to walk with round the zoo tomorrow - dratini still or switch it out for abra or machop maybe? Or more Snorlax power? Choices choices!

Caught two Abra and a Bulbasaur. Fucking dratini wad nearby but I couldn't find it. Means (with the bonuses at the moment) I'm 4 Bulbasaur from Venosaur (although maybe 8 if I want to evolve a better ivysaur first), 5-6 dratini away from dragonite and 2 Abra from double evolving to Alakazam (at 112, want a better kadabra first!) then that's me. I doubt that'll be as easy as it looks

Hi, have been lurking on this thread. Thanks for the tips! I now keep kicking local children out of the gyms when they are at school haha. Is it better to power them up before you evolve or does it matter?

Hatched a Chansey, lovely lovely monster

On my way home. Good things - caught 10 charmanders so can now evolve a decent one twice. Also caught one dratini - up to 107 candy and have decided to hold on to 125.

Bad things - 10k egg a bloody pinsir. Another 3 5k and got poliwag, horsea and another ekans. Ffs.

Cooking my last 4 eggs from the incubators I got. 2 of 10k which is a miracle. Let's see what happens.

Strathclyde park in Motherwell is currently spawning charmander as ds and I caught about 8 there today. We did have to walk 6km round it to do so though. Before that it was spawning diglett

Thanks shellder for your suggestion, very kind of you, but we are nowhere near Ironbridge (although we have visited in the past) We are more Shropshire/Herefordshire border. Going back home tomorrow, and 4G! Have to accept that in my absence some players will have jumped up even more levels, and will have Pokemon with even higher CPs with the Halloween event. Won't stand a chance of getting in any gyms now. So think I will go back to concentrating on the pokedex (currently caught 118).

I have an omanyte and kabuto ready to evolve. Walking has helped dragonair a bit, here's at the start of the event, today and now!

I'm still cooking two 10k eggs. Hatched another hitmonlee earlier - about as disappointing as the pinsir! Won't someone bring me a Chansey (or more Snorlax, lapras, dratini candy) - even Kabuto or Omanyte would be welcome.

I hatched an ekans and a rhyhorn so now have enough to evolve both. 4 candies away from evolving Omanyte.

Shall I buddy bulbasaur, squirtle .....on 21 candies for both.

I've hatched 3 eggs today. One magnemite, one slowpoke and one belsprout. Nothing too exciting but at least I now have 107 belsprout candy for an evolve. Could be worse I suppose.

Now cooking another 4 eggs and hope to hatch them all during my green park outing. Why can't I hatch a tangela or anything exciting?

Have walked 9 miles today just to get more dragonair candy. walked to the kabuto nest and now can evolve a Kabutops. Waiting for a lucky egg session.

Took a few gyms. Worried I'll get reported as a spoofer as I took a gym on the way to the park, then on the way back someone was taking it down as I walked by. It went grey so I put mine back in. Guy just disappeared. Feel bad now, but took me so long to start with!

Now got three over 2000cp
