Good day today hatched another magicarp, a Sandshrew and a tentacool, have enough candies now for tentacruel and two away from Sandslash, don't think I have enough for a big evolve session before end of event but I'm going to transfer everything for double candies.

I've had to stop the gym fighting as some of my Pokémon are still dead and I've just not been able to get enough potions! I remember the days where I used to delete them - I wish we could buy them now.

Will let the kids have their half term fun and resume taking over gyms when I've fully stocked up and revived my old faithful.

I'm glad I got the tips here to just do dragonair, despite my thoughts to the contrary. Found omanyte and kabuto nests, Abra and Bulbasaur regular spawns and caught Muk so those were all ones I'd contemplated buddying.
Queen eggsecutor* is really great for gyms, if that's any consolation. I admire your willpower- i'd have been outside!

I'm on 118 dratini candy and need 125. I've a long drive in the morning with lots of traffic so I'm hoping it will still be on.

I'm doing my evolve session this evening in order to get double candies when transferring them back out. Have around 83 to evolve so should be more than enough.

I saw a dragonair on the radar but now too dark to go and hunt it. Another 6 candies would have been nice.

piknmixer I'm hanging onto as much candy as possible from the not-usually-commons as I have no idea about other evolutions as I've never played any Pokemon game before, so I'm stocking up just in case. LOL!

Has anyone else found the game really buggy today? Crashing lots, failed to transfer a slowpoke due to "unknown error" and it doesn't make the usual sound when a Pokemon appears.

Managed to evolve four new pokemon (Dragonair, Ivysaur, Dodrio and Electrode) over the past four days thanks to extra candy from walking with a buddy. I've caught nothing new at all but we do have a Charmander nest I can reach from my office, spawns 1-4 times a day!

Loads of Meowths and Cubones around here to the point I now have 134 Cubone candy and 261 Meowth candy - I'm desperately hoping Niantic may release the Mew evolution at some point!

Unfortunately not muddling I'm very rural, there's one bus an hour. There is a pier though, and Queen is now forgiven!

I just spent half an hour taking a gym from L9 to 10. Patient kids in the back of the car while I did. I've left my Snorlax there; 2nd from the top. This gym has been mystic for at least 8 weeks so I am hoping T will be worth the time investment!

LongtimeLurkerNowPokemonHunter I discovered at the weekend that catching a bus into town just after a football match is a good way to hatch eggs, as the bus crawls. Any events happening your way tonight so you can travel in a bus in the post-event traffic?

Whaaat Queen?! Last day? I thought it was until 4th November? Oh I'm gutted. Just one candy shirt for our Alakazam then was going to get started on a pikachu buddy.

Afternoon!
Managed 3 5km eggs today, mankey and one each nidoran. Got my nidoqueen now just a few short of nidoking.

DD was super irritable in town though so had to cut the walk short, my 10km egg with only 1km left on it! Won't get double candy on it now also a few km off evolving my buddied ekans. If only she fell asleep as planned!!

What time does the event finish? Midnight or tomorrow morning? Going out in the morning so maybe!
